基于层次分析法的舟山江海联运公共信息平台评价研究

【摘要】：随着市场经济的发展和互联网的普及,物流业已经由过去的末端行业,上升为引导生产、促进消费的先导行业。随着信息化的不断发展,现代物流行业对物流信息化有越来越高的要求,在此背景下舟山江海联运中心也紧跟时代步伐,积极进行数字化建设。2015年11月6日,舟山江海联运公共信息平台正式上线运行,该平台是“舟山智慧港航工程”的建设成果,也是舟山江海联运中心物流信息化的重要载体,对舟山港的发展具有重要意义。本文在整理归纳相关研究的基础上,基于层次分析法,结合舟山江海联运公共信息平台的用户需求,构建出一套评价舟山江海联运公共信息平台的指标体系,并通过层次分析法计算出各指标的权重,继而采取问卷调查的方法,收集数据,通过分析评价结果,找出优势和不足,提出优化建议。论文的主要内容分为四个部分:第一部分主要介绍舟山江海联运公共信息平台评价研究的背景和意义,使用的研究方法、研究内容、技术路线及创新点;第二部分主要介绍国内外对于物流公共信息平台的相关研究现状,并对论文涉及的相关概念和理论进行了介绍;第三部分是在参考公共信息平台评价研究的基础上,结合舟山江海联运公共信息平台的用户需求,根据层次分析的方法,构建出包括4个一级指标和17个二级指标的舟山江海联运公共信息平台评价体系,并对各项指标进行相应的解释说明。最后应用层次分析法对指标进行赋值计算,通过权重大小反应不同指标的重要程度,构成舟山江海联运公共信息平台的评价模型;第四部分是运用评价模型和问卷调查的结果对舟山江海联运公共信息平台进行评价,并根据舟山江海联运公共信息平台的不足之处,提出针对性建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of market economy and the popularization of Internet, the logistics industry has become a leading industry to guide production and promote consumption. With the continuous development of information technology, modern logistics industry has more and more high requirements for logistics informatization. Under this background, Zhoushan Jianghai Intermodal Transport Center has also kept pace with the times and actively carried out digital construction. November 6, 2015, Zhoushan Jianghai intermodal transport public information platform is officially put into operation, which is the result of the construction of "Zhoushan Smart Port and Navigation Project" and an important carrier of logistics information of Zhoushan Jianghai Intermodal Transportation Center, which is of great significance to the development of Zhoushan Port. On the basis of summing up relevant research, this paper constructs an index system to evaluate the public information platform of river and sea transport in Zhoushan, based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the needs of users of Zhoushan Jianghai intermodal transport public information platform. The weight of each index is calculated by analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and then the method of questionnaire survey is adopted to collect data, and through analyzing the evaluation results, the advantages and disadvantages are found out, and the optimization suggestions are put forward. The main content of this paper is divided into four parts: the first part mainly introduces the background and significance of the evaluation research on the public information platform of river and sea transport in Zhoushan, the research methods, the research content, the technical route and the innovation points; The second part mainly introduces the research status of logistics public information platform at home and abroad, and introduces the related concepts and theories involved in the paper. The third part is based on the evaluation of the public information platform. According to the needs of users of Zhoushan Jianghai intermodal transport public information platform, the evaluation system of Zhoushan Jianghai intermodal transport public information platform including 4 first-grade indexes and 17 second-grade indexes is constructed according to the analytic hierarchy process. And the indicators of the corresponding explanation. Finally, the evaluation model of Zhoushan Jiang-Hai intermodal transport public information platform is constructed by using AHP to calculate the value of the index and to reflect the importance of different indexes by the weight of the index. The fourth part is to use the evaluation model and the results of questionnaire survey to evaluate the public information platform of river and sea transport in Zhoushan, and according to the shortcomings of the public information platform of river and sea transport in Zhoushan, put forward some specific suggestions.
