销售代理人航空货物运输的安全信用研究

【摘要】：作为整个航空货运价值链中与托运人和航空公司的重要接触点,航空货运销售代理人是整个航空货物运输环节中不可缺少的环节。然而,受利益驱动及多种因素影响,航空货运销售代理人极有可能违背安全信用原则采取一系列违规操作,将会导致各种不安全事件,给航空货物运输带来巨大的安全隐患。因此,解决航空货运销售代理人面临的安全信用问题成为当务之急,采取科学的评估方法对航空货运销售代理人的安全信用进行评估,通过航空货运销售代理人安全信用的评估结果对其实行分级分类的管理,能从根本上解决航空货运销售代理人安全信用缺失的问题。本文以航空货运销售代理人为主体,在其航空货物运输的过程中,对航空货运销售代理人的安全信用展开研究。在分析航空货运销售代理人安全信用内涵的基础上,通过文献归纳方法、“人-机-环-管”理论分析影响航空货运销售代理人安全信用的因素,经过专家修正得出了影响航空货运销售代理人安全信用的32个因素,并通过调查问卷,运用探索性因子分析方法对其进行定量分析,得出了航空货运销售代理人安全信用评价指标体系,在此基础上,使用结构方程模型的方法构建航空货运销售代理人安全信用评价的假设模型,利用AMOS17.0软件对该假设模型中各指标间的定量关系进行了验证并计算了各评价指标的权重,对航空货运销售代理人安全信用影响较大的评价指标有V62惩处措施,其次是V41安全培训制度、V51未如实申报、V63监管力度。最后通过专家打分法进行评分,具体采用德尔菲法和检查单评分方法制定评价指标的评分表并组织专家打分。在基于指标权重与指标评分的基础上,得到航空货运销售代理人的安全信用评价方法,并设定其安全信用评价等级,根据航空货运销售代理人的安全信用评分将其归入相应的等级中。选取北京某航空货运销售代理企业进行了应用研究,进一步验证了航空货运销售代理人安全信用评价方法的适用性及合理性。
[Abstract]:As an important contact point with the shipper and the airline in the whole value chain of air freight, the agent of air freight sales is an indispensable link in the whole cargo transport link. However, under the influence of interest and a variety of factors, the air freight sales agent can take a series of violating exercises against the principle of safety credit. It will lead to a variety of unsafe events and bring huge security risks to the transportation of air cargo. Therefore, it is urgent to solve the security credit problems faced by the air freight agent. The scientific evaluation method is adopted to evaluate the safety credit of the air freight sales agent, and the safety of the air freight agent is safe. The management of classified classification of the credit evaluation results can fundamentally solve the problem of the lack of safety and credit of the air freight agent. This paper takes the agent of air freight sales agent as the main body, and studies the safety credit of the air freight agent in the course of its air cargo transportation. On the basis of the connotations of the agent's safety and credit, the factors affecting the safety and credit of the air freight agent are analyzed by the method of literature induction, and the factors affecting the safety and credit of the air freight agent are analyzed. The 32 factors affecting the safety and credit of the air freight agent are obtained by the experts, and the exploratory factor analysis method is used. The quantitative analysis is carried out, and the safety credit evaluation index system of air freight sales agent is obtained. On this basis, the structure equation model is used to construct the hypothesis model of the safety credit evaluation of the air freight sales agent, and the quantitative relationship between the indexes in the hypothesis model is verified and calculated by using the AMOS17.0 software. The weight of each evaluation index, the evaluation index of the safety and credit of the air freight agent is V62, the second is the V41 safety training system, the V51 is not faithfully declared, and the V63 supervision. Finally, the score of the expert scoring method is carried out by the expert scoring method, and the evaluation index is formulated by the Delphy method and the checklist method. On the basis of index weight and index score, the safety credit evaluation method of air freight sales agent is obtained, and its safety credit rating is set. According to the safety credit score of the air freight sales agent, it is classified into the corresponding grade. The agent of an air freight sales agent in Beijing is selected. The application study has further verified the applicability and rationality of the safety credit evaluation method for air cargo sales agents.
