U航运公司上海分公司之发展战略研究

【摘要】:集装箱班轮运输作为国际贸易的主要运输方式由来已久。2008年以来的金融危机,一直制约着航运业的复苏。随着集装箱船舶的大型化,集装箱班轮公司的兼并合营,使得各航运公司为了可持续经营并更具有竞争力,纷纷进行战略回顾,制定和优化公司的战略方针。 U航运公司是一家具有36年历史的老牌中东集装箱班轮公司。但是由于金融危机的影响,总公司自2008年到2011年内有3年出现净亏损。2009年成立的U航运公司上海分公司面对激烈的市场竞争,也频频出现人员流动率居高不下,团队合作性差,业务流程缺乏科学性,以及客户总体满意度较低等问题。本文希望通过结合U航运公司的中期战略发展规划,制定和实行适合上海分公司的战略发展规划来解决上海分公司目前所面临的种种问题。 本文采用案例研究的方法以及理论联系实际的方法,,结合战略管理理论,运用PEST分析法、五力模型及SWOT分析方法,定量和定性分析上海分公司内在优势和存在的不足之处,制定上海分公司的发展战略,为上海分公司提出合适的可持续健康发展的战略路线,并且通过实施方案解决以上问题,从而提高中型规模航运公司的综合竞争力。
[Abstract]:Container liner shipping as the main mode of international trade has a long history. The financial crisis since 2008 has been restricting the recovery of shipping industry. With the large scale of container ships and the merger and joint venture of container liner companies, the shipping companies have carried out strategic review and formulated and optimized the strategic policy for sustainable operation and more competitive power. U Shipping Company is a 36-year-old Middle East container liner company. However, due to the impact of the financial crisis, the head office suffered a net loss in three years from 2008 to 2011. The Shanghai Branch of U Shipping Company, established in 2009, faced with fierce market competition, also frequently appeared high turnover rate and poor team cooperation. Lack of scientific business process, and customer overall satisfaction is low and other issues. This paper hopes to solve the problems faced by Shanghai Branch by making and carrying out the strategic development plan suitable for Shanghai Branch by combining with the medium-term strategic development plan of U Shipping Company. This paper adopts the method of case study and the combination of theory and practice, combined with the theory of strategic management, using PEST analysis method, five forces model and SWOT analysis method, quantitative and qualitative analysis of the inherent advantages and shortcomings of Shanghai Branch. To formulate the development strategy of Shanghai Branch, to put forward a suitable strategic route of sustainable and healthy development for Shanghai Branch, and to solve the above problems through implementing the plan, thus to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of medium-sized shipping companies.
