太平洋集装箱码头公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:TPCT是由天津港股份有限公司和新加坡PSA国际港务集团共同出资经营的专业化国际集装箱码头公司。TPCT坐落于我国迄今规模最大、开放度最高的天津滨海新区东疆保税港区内,是该港区内第一个现代化国际集装箱专用码头。 本文以TPCT为例,利用SWOT方法进行企业发展战略分析,通过对TPCT内外部环境的分析,在复杂多变的环境因素中,找出企业发展战略制定所必需的四类关键因素:外部机遇(0)、外部威胁(T)、内部优势(S)、内部劣势(W),帮助企业确定发展战略目标。本文的论述主体由以下四个部分组成:首先是企业发展战略简述与TPCT的SWOT分析,从TPCT组织架构设置、硬件设施现状、码头管理系统及信息化建设、运营状况进行综合分析。第二部分是对国际集装箱码头发展趋势分析。综合分析国内外先进集装箱码头,从中发现企业发展战略侧重,同时围绕全方位提升码头综合实力、系统性规化内部管理体系、多元化拓展市场运营空间展开论述。第三部分是构建TPCT发展战略框架。根据TPCT所处的环境以及借鉴国内外先进集装箱码头企业的经验,从而确定TPCT发展战略指导思想、发展战略原则、发展战略目标以及发展战略重点,分阶段予以实施。第四部分是确定TPCT战略实施策略,分阶段从软件、硬件方面入手,用足东疆保税港区“自由贸易区”功能以及东疆保税港区相关政策、制度,使TPCT发展成为具有业务创新能力、核心竞争能力的,具有准时化、精细化、敏捷化特点的国内一流集装箱码头公司,接近实现“世界一流集装箱码头公司”发展目标。 在全球经济一体化的今天,对于企业自身而言,为了赢得生存和发展的空间,必须打破传统的地域、行业、企业的思维限制,本文综合运用系统科学、经济学、管理学、控制理论以及各种优化思想,结合国内外集装箱行业管理的理论、方法和结论,从SWOT分析多个层面对TPCT进行系统地分析和研究。
[Abstract]:TPCT is a specialized international container terminal company jointly funded by Tianjin Port Co., Ltd. and Singapore PSA International Port Group. TPCT is located in the Dongjiang bonded Port area of Tianjin Binhai New area, which has the largest scale and the highest degree of openness so far in China. It is the first modern international container terminal in the port area. Taking TPCT as an example, this paper uses the SWOT method to analyze the enterprise development strategy, through the analysis of the internal and external environment of TPCT, in the complex and changeable environment factors, Four kinds of key factors are found to be necessary for enterprise development strategy formulation: external opportunities, external threats, internal advantages and disadvantages, and help enterprises determine their development strategic goals. The main body of this paper is composed of the following four parts: first, the brief introduction of enterprise development strategy and the SWOT analysis of TPCT, from the TPCT organization structure setup, the hardware facilities present situation, the wharf management system and the information construction, the operation condition carries on the comprehensive analysis. The second part is the international container terminal development trend analysis. Through the comprehensive analysis of advanced container terminals at home and abroad, it is found that the development strategy of enterprises is focused on. At the same time, the comprehensive strength of the terminals is promoted, the internal management system is systematically planned, and the market operation space is diversified. The third part is to construct the TPCT development strategic framework. According to the environment of TPCT and the experience of advanced container terminal enterprises at home and abroad, the guiding ideology, principles, objectives and emphases of TPCT development strategy are determined and implemented in stages. The fourth part is to determine the implementation strategy of TPCT strategy, starting with the software and hardware, using the function of "Free Trade area" in the bonded Port area of Dongjiang, and the relevant policies and systems of the bonded Port area of Dongjiang, so that TPCT can develop into a business innovation ability. The domestic first-class container terminal company with the characteristics of punctuality, refinement and agility, which has the core competitive ability, is close to realizing the development goal of "world class container terminal company". In today's global economic integration, for enterprises themselves, in order to win the space for survival and development, we must break the traditional thinking restrictions of regions, industries and enterprises. Control theory and various optimization ideas, combined with the domestic and foreign container industry management theory, methods and conclusions, from the SWOT analysis of multiple levels of systematic analysis and research on TPCT.
