铁路国际联运发展对策的探讨

【摘要】：为发挥铁路国际联运在进出口运输中的骨干作用,在分析铁路口岸进出口运输量的基础上,针对我国铁路国际联运发展所面临的中欧间铁路联运处于起步阶段、其他运输方式竞争激烈、信息平台建设滞后、缺乏统一的营销管理平台、铁路运价机制欠灵活、国际全程代理服务力量薄弱等现实,提出拓展铁路国际联运市场的对策,即打造国际联运全程信息管理和行业交换平台,开发国际联运营销宣传和业务办理平台,建立统一管理、灵活调整的联运运价管理机制,推进便捷通关,完善基础设施设备,拓展国际全程物流服务,以提高铁路口岸进出口运输量。
[Abstract]:In order to give full play to the backbone role of railway international intermodal transport in import and export transportation, on the basis of analyzing the volume of import and export transport at railway ports, the China-EU railway intermodal transport, which is facing the development of railway international intermodal transport in China, is in its infancy. The competition of other transportation modes is fierce, the construction of information platform lags behind, the lack of unified marketing management platform, the inflexibility of railway tariff mechanism and the weakness of international agency service, etc., and the countermeasures to expand the international market of railway intermodal transport are put forward. That is, to create a platform for international intermodal transport information management and industry exchange, to develop a platform for international intermodal transport marketing, publicity and business management, to establish a unified management and flexible management mechanism for intermodal transport rates, to promote convenient customs clearance, and to improve infrastructure facilities, Expand international logistics services to increase the volume of import and export transport at railway ports.
