城市安全视角下地下工程核心安全风险演化机理及其管控

【摘要】:揭示城市地下工程核心安全风险的形成与演化机理,是实现有效安全风险管控的前提。研究立足项目层面,聚焦于风险形成和发展的全过程,采用扎根理论方法构建了城市地下工程核心安全风险驱动因素及其演化的概念模型。模型中包含了核心安全风险的形成环境、驱动因素、演化过程三种关系:一,时空环境与孕险环境共同构成了核心安全风险的形成环境;二,组织因素、主体因素和技术因素是驱动核心安全风险演化的主要因素;三,核心安全风险呈现出"风险潜伏—风险发展—风险爆发—事故形成"的风险演化链。研究有助于深化对城市地下工程核心安全风险形成和演化的认识,为项目参与方实施有效管控提供针对性的管理思路和实施路径奠定理论基础。
[Abstract]:To reveal the formation and evolution mechanism of the core safety risk of urban underground engineering is the premise to realize effective safety risk control. Based on the project level and focusing on the whole process of risk formation and development, the conceptual model of the driving factors of urban underground engineering core safety risk and its evolution is constructed by taking root theory method. The model includes three kinds of relationships: first, spatio-temporal environment and pregnancy risk environment constitute the forming environment of core safety risk; second, organizational factors, The main factors and technical factors are the main factors driving the evolution of the core security risks. Thirdly, the core security risks present the risk evolution chain of "risk latent, risk development, risk explosion and accident formation". The study is helpful to deepen the understanding of the formation and evolution of the core safety risks of urban underground engineering, and to lay a theoretical foundation for the effective management and control of the project participants.
