北港池杂货公司绩效考核体系优化设计研究

【摘要】:在经济全球化这个大环境的影响下,国际和国内的市场竞争日益激烈,企业之间的竞争也日益激烈,企业的竞争归根结底就是人才的竞争。那么如何对人进行管理,使其发挥最大能力创造最大效益也就成为了现代企业管理的核心内容。绩效考核作为人力资源管理的重要内容,其对员工绩效的评价和激励作用已经被越来越多的企业所瞩目。 北港池杂货码头公司是天津港也是全国规模最大、等级最高、现代化设备和管理理念最先进的杂货码头公司,为了全面提升企业的经营管理水平,公司制定了绩效考核体系,限于对绩效理论的理解程度、认识误区及操作不力等原因,北港池杂货公司的绩效考核的实施效果并不理想,存在一定的问题。 本文使用了文献研究法、案例分析法、问卷调查和访谈法、对比分析法,以及定性和定量相结合的方法,以北港池杂货公司为研究对象,对其绩效考核体系的优化设计进行了深入而全面的研究。 在研究的过程中,首先给出了本文的绪论部分,简要阐述了课题的研究背景,国内外研究现状,研究的主要内容和方法;接着对绩效考核的相关理论进行了概述,主要包括绩效考核的概念和特点,绩效考核的流程、绩效考核的方法;在此基础上,着重分析了北港池杂货公司绩效考核的发展现状,并从多个层面分析了北港池杂货公司的绩效考核存在的主要问题;接着,对北港池杂货公司的绩效考核体系进行了优化设计,重点探讨了优化设计的总体思路,绩效考核内容的确定和实施,绩效考核体系的运用,以及绩效考核体系实施的保障措施。 本文的研究旨在使北港池杂货公司员工绩效考核优化工作系统化、正规化、科学化,通过完善绩效考核体系本身的系统性来提高人力资源管理效率。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of economic globalization, the international and domestic market competition is increasingly fierce, and the competition among enterprises is increasingly fierce. The competition of enterprises is, in the final analysis, the competition of talents. So how to manage people and make them exert their maximum ability to create maximum benefit has become the core content of modern enterprise management. As an important part of human resource management, performance appraisal has attracted more and more attention of enterprises. Beigang Chi General Wharf Company is Tianjin Port is the largest, highest grade, modern equipment and management concept of the most advanced grocery wharf company, in order to improve the overall level of enterprise management, the company has formulated a performance appraisal system. Limited to the degree of understanding of performance theory, misunderstanding and poor operation, the implementation of performance appraisal in Beigang Pool General cargo Company is not ideal, and there are some problems. This paper uses the methods of literature research, case analysis, questionnaire survey and interview, comparative analysis, and the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The optimization design of its performance appraisal system is studied deeply and comprehensively. In the process of the study, first of all, the introduction of this paper is given, the research background, domestic and foreign research status, the main contents and methods of the research are briefly described, and then the relevant theories of performance appraisal are summarized. It mainly includes the concept and characteristics of performance appraisal, the process of performance appraisal and the method of performance appraisal. The main problems in the performance appraisal of Beigang Pool General cargo Company are analyzed from many aspects. Then, the optimization design of the performance appraisal system of Beigang Pool General cargo Company is carried out, and the general idea of the optimization design is discussed. The determination and implementation of performance appraisal content, the application of performance appraisal system, and the guarantee measures of performance appraisal system implementation. The purpose of this paper is to systematize, formalize and make the optimization of employee performance appraisal in Beigang Pool General cargo Company, and to improve the efficiency of human resource management by perfecting the system of performance appraisal itself.
