【摘要】:随着经济全球化进程的加快,民航业也迎来了发展的黄金时期。作为技术密集型和知识密集型行业,高素质的人力资源已经成为制约民航企业发展的战略性资源。在新的形势下,“90后”员工将逐渐成为企业发展的生力军。“90后”员工具有与往代员工不同的成长环境、思维模式及行为特点。传统的企业管理理念及模式已经不能满足“90后”员工管理的需要。如何有效管理“90后”员工给航空地面服务企业的人力资源管理提出了新的挑战。 本文通过查阅和分析相关文献、进行实地调研等方式,在借鉴国内外企业人力资源管理相关理论的基础上,通过对内蒙古空港航空地面服务有限公司(以下简称“地服公司”)“90后”员工的行为特征、管理现状的深入分析,总结出地服公司在“90后”员工管理工作中存在的主要问题及产生问题的根源,并提出有针对性的管理策略,为航空地面服务企业改提升“90后”员工的管理水平,制定有效激励措施提供了可供借鉴的建议和思路,对于其他类似的国有企业有很强的现实借鉴意义和参考价值。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of economic globalization, the civil aviation industry also ushered in the golden period of development. As a technology-intensive and knowledge-intensive industry, high-quality human resources have become a strategic resource restricting the development of civil aviation enterprises. Under the new situation, the post-90s employees will gradually become the new force in the development of the enterprise. The post-90s employees have different growth environment, thinking mode and behavior characteristics from the former generation employees. The traditional concept and mode of enterprise management can not meet the needs of post-90s staff management. How to effectively manage the post-90s employees poses a new challenge to the human resource management of aviation ground service enterprises. In this paper, by consulting and analyzing relevant literature, carrying out field investigation and other ways, on the basis of drawing lessons from the relevant theories of human resources management of domestic and foreign enterprises, Through the in-depth analysis of the behavior characteristics and management status of the "post-90s" employees of Inner Mongolia Airport Air ground Service Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Land Service Company"), This paper summarizes the main problems and the root causes of the problems in the management of the employees after 1990 in the local service company, and puts forward some pertinent management strategies to improve the management level of the employees after the 1990s for the aviation ground service enterprises. The establishment of effective incentive measures provides suggestions and ideas for reference, which has a strong practical significance and reference value for other similar state-owned enterprises.
