供应链环境下的港口群物流联动模式与实证研究

【摘要】:在经济全球化和区域化进程加快这一背景下,港口集聚化和集群化发展的态势愈加明显,港口群物流联动已成为港口物流企业自身发展的迫切要求。但是,就港口群物流联动的具体内容来看,无论在联动行为层面,还是在联动绩效层面,都缺乏系统的分析和研究,这对促进大型港口物流企业集成能力的全面提升、有效发挥区域港口群内港口之间、港口群之间、港口与周边物流企业、商贸企业之间的有效协同都产生了十分不利的影响。这种不利的影响,一方面体现在港口群缺乏开展联动行为的具体指导;另一方面体现在港口群物流难以获得较好的联动绩效。基于此,本文运用港口管理理论、港口物流理论、供应链协同等理论,结合博弈论和结构方程模型理论与方法等定量建模工具,从定性分析与定量分析的角度,对港口群物流联动模式问题系统的进行了理论和实证研究。全文主要内容如下: 首先,本文在对港口群的基本概念和层次划分、港口物流的形成与发展、供应链管理相关理论、区域港口群内港口物流企业竞争、国内港口物流企业兼并重组、组合港建设、港口企业合作与战略联盟、以及港口供应链研究现状回顾的基础上,对相关研究作了综述分析,提出港口供应链协同模式正在成为港口群物流联动的未来发展模式,并根据供应链的基本理论及港口企业自身的特点,构建了单一港口供应链、以干支线组合港为核心的港口供应链和以干线港为核心的港口供应链的结构模型,阐明了港口供应链实行协同的可能性和必然性。 其次,构建了供应链环境下港口群物流联动模式的理论研究框架,对港口供应链协同的内涵以及港口供应链在实践中的协同策略进行了分析。为解决港口供应链为什么协同、在什么条件下协同、与谁协同和如何协同的问题,分析了港口供应链协同的动因、协同的条件和协同时的伙伴选择,提出了港口供应链协同的组织机制、激励机制和运作协调机制。 再次,建立了港口供应链协同的契约设计模型,包括多个港口企业之间横向合作定价对港口供应链和相关企业运作效益影响的汇集式供应链契约设计模型,以及多个班轮公司之间横向合作定价对港口供应链和相关企业运作效益影响的分散式供应链契约设计模型。其中,汇集式供应链契约设计模型研究结果表明,无论是港口供应链上多个港口企业之间横向合作定价,还是多个港口企业与单个班轮公司一起合作定价,都会使港口供应链总收益以及港口供应链上的港口企业和班轮公司各自的总收益趋于最优。分散式供应链契约设计模型研究结果表明,港口企业有增加班轮公司总数的激励,且班轮公司总数越大,港口供应链整体运作效益越好。当班轮公司总数达到一定数量后,这些一定数量的班轮公司形成的联合体(实体或者是虚拟组织)在不改变运作成本,只获得订货有限决策的情形下,只要参与联盟的班轮公司数目占班轮公司总数的比率不超过一定的比例,便可使港口企业与参与联盟的班轮公司达到一种双赢。 最后,在建立港口供应链协同能力和协同绩效指标评价体系的基础上,根据产业组织理论的结构-行为-绩效分析(structure-conduct-performance, SCP分析)的思路,将港口供应链的协同能力要素分为港口供应链协同的结构要素和行为要素,建立了港口供应链协同的结构要素、行为要素和协同绩效三者之间关系的概念研究模型。实证研究结果表明,这个概念研究模型成立,从而也验证了本文第3章提出的供应链环境下港口群物流联动模式理论研究框架理论成立。并且还得出,港口供应链协同的结构要素对港口供应链协同绩效有着积极重要的影响;港口供应链协同行为要素对港口供应链协同绩效有积极重要的影响;而港口供应链协同的结构要素对港口供应链协同的行为要素并不完全有着积极重要的影响。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of economic globalization and regionalization, the trend of port agglomeration and cluster development is becoming more and more obvious. Port Group logistics has become an urgent requirement for the development of port logistics enterprises. However, on the specific content of Port Group logistics linkage, there is no discussion on the linkage behavior level or the linkage performance level. There is a lack of systematic analysis and research, which has a very negative impact on the promotion of the integrated capacity of large port logistics enterprises, the effective play between the ports within the regional port group, the port group, the port and the surrounding logistics enterprises, and the effective synergy between the business and business enterprises. On the other hand, the port group logistics is difficult to obtain better linkage performance. Based on this, this paper uses the theory of port management, port logistics theory, supply chain coordination, and other quantitative modeling tools, such as game theory and structural equation model theory and method, from qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. From the point of view of analysis, a theoretical and empirical study is carried out on the logistics linkage mode of port group.
First of all, this paper is based on the basic concept and level division of the port group, the formation and development of port logistics, the theory of supply chain management, the competition of the port logistics enterprises in the regional port group, the merger and reorganization of the domestic port logistics enterprises, the construction of the combined port, the cooperation and strategic alliance of the port enterprises, and the review of the research status of the port supply chain. On the basis of the basic theory of the supply chain and the characteristics of the port enterprises, a single port supply chain is constructed, and the port supply chain and the core port of the trunk port are built on the basis of the basic theory of the supply chain and the characteristics of the port enterprises. The structural model of supply chain illustrates the possibility and inevitability of implementing synergy in port supply chain.
Secondly, the theoretical research framework of Port Group logistics linkage model under the supply chain environment is constructed. The connotation of port supply chain coordination and the synergistic strategy of port supply chain in practice are analyzed. In order to solve the question of why the port supply chain is synergistic, under what conditions, and with whom to cooperate with and how to cooperate, the port is analyzed. The motivation, synergy conditions and partner selection of supply chain collaboration have brought forward the organization mechanism, incentive mechanism and operation coordination mechanism of port supply chain coordination.
Thirdly, a contract design model of port supply chain coordination is established, which includes a centralized supply chain contract design model for the impact of lateral cooperation pricing on port supply chain and related enterprise operation benefits among multiple port enterprises, as well as the impact of horizontal cooperation pricing between multiple liner companies on the operation efficiency of port supply chain and related enterprises. The distributed supply chain contract design model. In this model, the results of the collection supply chain contract design model show that both the horizontal cooperation pricing between multiple port enterprises on the port supply chain and the cooperation of multiple port enterprises with single liner companies will make the total revenue of the port supply chain and port supply chain port. The total income of the port enterprise and the liner company tends to be the best. The research results of the decentralized supply chain contract design model show that the port enterprises have the incentive to increase the total number of liner companies, and the larger the total number of liner companies, the better the overall operation efficiency of the port supply chain. The Consortium (entity or virtual organization) formed by a company does not change the cost of operation and only obtains the limited decision of order. As long as the proportion of the number of liner companies participating in the league is not more than a certain proportion, the port enterprises and the liner companies participating in the alliance can achieve a win-win situation.
Finally, on the basis of establishing the evaluation system of port supply chain synergy and synergy performance index, according to the idea of structure behavior performance analysis (Structure-Conduct-Performance, SCP analysis) of industrial organization theory, the factors of cooperation capacity of port supply chain are divided into structural elements and behavioral elements of port supply chain coordination. The conceptual research model of the relationship between the structural elements of the port supply chain coordination, the factors of behavior and the relationship between the synergistic performance of the three parties. The results of the empirical study show that the conceptual research model is established, and the theory of the theoretical research framework of the port group logistics linkage model under the supply chain environment of the third chapter is also verified. The structural elements of the supply chain synergy have a positive and important influence on the synergy performance of the port supply chain, and the synergistic elements of the port supply chain have a positive and important influence on the synergy performance of the port supply chain, and the structural elements of the port supply chain coordination do not have a positive and important effect on the behavior factors of the port supply chain coordination.
