C公司冷藏箱业务经营策略研究

【摘要】:自20世纪90年代以来,经济全球化步伐明显加快,国际贸易量增长迅速,海上货物运量与日俱增,尤其是冷藏货的贸易量正以每年4%左右的速度递增。由于全球冷藏船规模受拆船价格不断提高、期租返还低、船东无法承担营运成本等因素的影响,正以每年6%--7%的速度不可遏止地递减,且在近几年里全球范围内均没有冷藏船订造计划。冷藏集装箱以其安全、可靠、灵活、运输周期短、成本低等诸多优点,逐步替代其他运输方式,在运输领域中起着越来越重要的作用。 本文拟从C公司在08金融危机后,以大力开发冷藏箱运输业务、挖掘冷藏箱运输潜力为根本目的以及提高自身盈利能力这个最终目标出发,围绕影响C公司冷藏集装箱业务发展的政治因素、经济因素、国家政策因素、冷藏货物传统流向和不同区域的消费习惯等内容展开分析、研究和讨论。 本文第二章通过对全球冷藏货的发展趋势和预测,分析了全球冷藏箱海运市场的需求,以及各种因素对冷藏箱运输市场可能造成的影响。从冷藏箱货运量、货物种类、货流等不同角度切入,对全球冷藏箱运输市场进行了分析和预测。第三章对C公司冷藏箱运输业务发展现状进行了剖析和总结,找到了目前C公司冷藏箱业务发展的瓶颈和不足。第四章通过SWOT分析方法,对C公司冷藏箱运输业务进行优势、劣势、机会、威胁的分析,给出不同组合下的启示。第五章针对C公司自身特点,对C公司冷藏箱运输业务提出了经营策略和管理措施。最后总结了本文结论以及一些不足之处,并提出下一步研究方向。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990s, the pace of economic globalization has been accelerated obviously, the international trade volume has increased rapidly, and the sea cargo volume has been increasing day by day, especially the trade volume of refrigerated goods is increasing at the rate of about 4% per year. As the scale of refrigerated vessels in the world is affected by such factors as the rising prices of decommissioned vessels, the low return of time rent and the inability of shipowners to bear the operating costs, it is decreasing irresistibly at a rate of 6 to 7% per year. In recent years, there are no plans for refrigerated ships worldwide. Refrigerated container, with its advantages of safety, reliability, flexibility, short transportation cycle and low cost, gradually replaces other transportation modes and plays a more and more important role in the field of transportation. In this paper, after the financial crisis of 2008, C Company aims to develop the refrigerated container transportation business vigorously, excavate the transportation potential of the refrigerated box as the ultimate goal and improve its own profitability. This paper analyzes, studies and discusses the political factors, economic factors, national policy factors, the traditional flow of refrigerated goods and the consumption habits in different regions of C Company. The second chapter analyzes the demand of the global refrigerated container shipping market and the possible influence of various factors on the refrigerated container transportation market through the development trend and prediction of the global refrigerated goods. This paper analyzes and forecasts the global refrigerated container transportation market from different angles such as the volume, type and flow of refrigerated containers. The third chapter analyzes and summarizes the present situation of C company's refrigerated box transportation business, and finds out the bottleneck and deficiency of C company's refrigerated box business development. The fourth chapter analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of C company's refrigerated container transportation business by SWOT analysis method, and gives the enlightenment under different combinations. In the fifth chapter, according to the characteristics of company C, the management strategy and management measures are put forward. Finally, this paper summarizes the conclusions and some shortcomings, and puts forward the next research direction.
