集团角力视野下的四川保路运动

【摘要】：1911年的四川保路运动,其发轫之时,不过是一场牵涉较广的经济纠纷。然而,在川绅集团和盛端集团的彼此角力中,事态却如滚雪球般越闹越大,四川京官集团、川省官员集团亦被牵扯进来,最后在同盟会“导以革命”的行动下,终变成一场震惊全国的革命。四川保路运动既是武昌起义的导火线,又在湖北革命的影响下促成了本省的反正,成为辛亥革命浪潮中不可或缺的组成部分。四川保路运动的进程,起先是在川绅集团、盛端集团、川省官员集团和四川京官集团的政治角力中波及全川,以保路同志会的成立为标志；而后是在同盟会的暗中引导下揭竿而起、反抗清廷,以保路同志军和新军起义为标志。促使保路同志会转为保路同志军的事件,则是赵尔丰制造的“成都血案”。川绅集团“保路保款”的要求,和盛端集团“夺路劫款”的做法,是四川保路运动的主要矛盾。四川京官集团和川省官员集团出于地缘、业缘的各自需要,不仅参与,而且立场多变。保路同志会是川绅集团发起的组织,其目的是增强斗争的砝码。“成都血案”后,川绅集团主要领导被捕,同盟会抓住机会,变保路同志会为保路同志军,使其成为推翻清廷的力量之一。川省反正后,缺乏执政能力和政治斗争经验的川绅集团与同盟会,也很快在权力斗争中败阵。四川保路运动结束了,但四川的局势依旧晦暗。
[Abstract]:The 1911 Sichuan Road-Preservation Movement, when it began, was but a broader economic dispute. However, in the struggle between the Sichuan Gentry Group and the Shengdun Group, the situation snowballed. The Sichuan Jingguan Group and the Sichuan Provincial official Group were also involved, and finally, under the action of the Alliance "leading the revolution," It turned into a revolution that shocked the country. Sichuan Baolu Movement is not only the fuse of Wuchang uprising, but also the influence of Hubei Revolution, which has become an indispensable part of the 1911 Revolution. At first, the process of Sichuan Road Protection Movement spread to the whole Sichuan in the political struggle of Sichuan Gentry Group, Shengduan Group, Sichuan Provincial officials Group and Sichuan Jingguan Group, which was marked by the establishment of the Baolu Guild Association. Then, under the covert guidance of the Alliance, they rose up against the Qing Dynasty, marked by the revolt of Comrade Baolu and the New Army. The incident that prompted Comrade Baolu to turn into the PLA was the Chengdu Blood case made by Zhao Erfeng. The main contradiction between Sichuan Gentry Group and Shengduan Group is the request of "road protection fund" and the practice of "robbing the road" by Shengduan Group. Sichuan Jingguan Group and Sichuan Provincial official Group not only participate, but also take a changeable position because of their geographical and industrial needs. Comrade Baolu Association is an organization initiated by Sichuan Gentry Group, whose purpose is to strengthen the weight of the struggle. After the "Chengdu Blood case," the main leaders of the Chuan Gentry Group were arrested, and the allies seized the opportunity to turn Comrade Baolu into the Army of Comrade Baolu, making it one of the forces that overthrew the Qing Dynasty. After Sichuan province, the Sichuan gentry group and the alliance which lacked the ruling ability and the political struggle experience also quickly lost in the power struggle. The campaign to protect roads in Sichuan is over, but the situation in Sichuan is still bleak.
