锦州港集装箱码头发展战略研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化进程的不断加快,经济全球化一体化的发展日渐成熟,集装箱运输已逐步发展成为国际运输的主要方式,各主要国际港口地位的确定,愈来愈多的取决于其集装箱运输的综合能力。锦州港地处辽宁省西部,位于锦州市经济开发区的南部,区位优势明显,集疏运系统完备。锦州港集装箱码头凭借着良好的地势优势,近些年来呈现出良好的发展势头,2012年实现集装箱吞吐量86.9万TEU,保持稳步增长。目前锦州新时代集装箱码头有限公司秉承“做大规模、做细管理、提升品位、加快建设”的经营理念,力图使锦州港集装箱码头在国内航运业激烈的竞争中发挥其核心竞争力,并占据有利地位,为实现2015年200万TEU和2020年300万TEU的目标,还有许多问题亟待解决。 本文首先对集装箱运输、发展战略理论等进行简单介绍,然后又分析了锦州港集装箱码头的市场,阐述了国内外集装箱运输的发展现状及大发展趋势,并且详细分析了锦州港集装箱码头发展的外部环境。在对锦州港概况、锦州港集装箱码头基础设施、锦州港经济腹地等锦州港发展现状进行分析的基础上,结合锦州港集装箱吞吐量发展,分析了当前发展过程中存在的优势和劣势,以及锦州港集装箱码头发展面临的机会和威胁。接着再对诸多预测分析方法分类并描述的基础上,建立灰色预测模型,并以2000年至2012年锦州港集装箱吞吐量为基础数据对锦州港的集装箱吞吐量进行预测。最后,结合锦州港集装箱吞吐量的预测结果以及锦州港集装箱码头发展的内外部环境和锦州港集装箱码头发展的优势劣势,提出了锦州港集装箱码头发展的战略。 本文以锦州港集装箱码头为主体,站在锦州港集装箱码头管理者的角度上,运用战略管理理论从定性和定量的角度探讨锦州港集装箱码头发展策略问题,以求能为锦州港集装发展的战略决策起到一定的参考作用,并为其他港口集装箱发展战略的制定提供可借鉴的参考资料。
[Abstract]:With the accelerating process of economic globalization and the development of economic globalization integration, container transportation has gradually developed into the main mode of international transportation, and the status of major international ports has been determined. More and more depends on their integrated container transport capacity. Jinzhou Port is located in the west of Liaoning Province and in the south of Jinzhou Economic Development Zone. With the advantage of good terrain, Jinzhou Container Terminal has shown a good development momentum in recent years. In 2012, the container throughput of 869000 TEUs has been achieved, maintaining a steady growth. At present, Jinzhou New era Container Terminal Co., Ltd. adheres to the management concept of "doing large scale, doing fine management, improving grade and speeding up construction" in order to make Jinzhou Port Container Terminal exert its core competitiveness in the fierce competition of domestic shipping industry. In order to achieve the goals of 2 million TEU in 2015 and 3 million TEU in 2020, there are still many problems to be solved. This paper first introduces the container transportation and development strategy theory, then analyzes the market of Jinzhou port container terminal, and expounds the development status and trend of container transportation at home and abroad. The external environment of container terminal development in Jinzhou Port is analyzed in detail. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of Jinzhou Port, the infrastructure of Jinzhou Port Container Terminal, the economic hinterland of Jinzhou Port, and combining the container throughput development of Jinzhou Port, The advantages and disadvantages in the current development process and the opportunities and threats to the development of Jinzhou Port Container Terminal are analyzed. Then, on the basis of classifying and describing many forecasting methods, a grey forecasting model is established, and the container throughput of Jinzhou Port is forecasted based on the data from 2000 to 2012. Finally, combined with the forecast results of container throughput of Jinzhou Port, the internal and external environment of container terminal development and the advantages and disadvantages of container terminal development in Jinzhou Port, the development strategy of container terminal in Jinzhou Port is put forward. This paper takes the container terminal of Jinzhou Port as the main body, from the perspective of the container terminal manager of Jinzhou Port, and applies the strategic management theory to discuss the development strategy of the container terminal in Jinzhou Port from the perspective of qualitative and quantitative analysis. In order to play a certain reference role in the strategic decision of container development of Jinzhou Port, and provide reference materials for other port container development strategy formulation.
