基于职业生涯规划的锦州港员工培训需求研究

【摘要】:当前,锦州港面临着极为严峻的发展态势,锦州港确定了一系列的应对措施,包括加强市场开发,力保市场份额:推进港口建设,提升装备水平;研究增收节支,深入挖掘潜力;强化基础管理,理顺工作流程;确保管理更精细,作业链更完整,分工更专业,责任、指标、考核体系等更加清晰。这些措施意味着锦州港进入了全新的发展阶段,必须采用新的管理方法、理念、管理模式与之配套,这在客观上要求公司不同层面的员工要具有相应的知识结构、管理水平和工作能力。但目前锦州港的人力资源管理体系还不够完善,特别是培训体系,显然不能满足港口和员工共同发展的需要,因此完善培训体系,加大培训力度,优化培训方式,提升员工队伍素质,是锦州港未来发展的必然选择。本研究有助于完善锦州港的人力资源管理工作,也可以为其他港口提供一定的参考。 本文分第一部分为绪论,介绍选题背景、研究意义、研究方法与技术路线等。第二部分为文献综述,对相关研究进行整理概括。第三部分是锦州港的培训现状分析,介绍锦州港的总体情况、组织架构、运行体系、员工结构、培训体系现状、存在主要问题等。第四部分是锦州港员工的培训需求分析,是本研究的重点,首先对需求分析进行概述,然后分别从组织层面、任务层面和员工层面分析锦州港的培训需求。第五部分是基于职业生涯规划的锦州港培训体系设计,从培训目标、培训方式、职业阶段培训、培训师资、培训评估、保障体系等方面进行设计,力求在促进员工自身得到发展的同时也使企业受益。第六部分为结论,对本文的研究结果和主要观点进行总结概括。
[Abstract]:At present, Jinzhou Port is facing an extremely severe development situation. Jinzhou Port has determined a series of countermeasures, including strengthening market development, striving to protect market share, promoting port construction, upgrading equipment level, and studying increasing revenue and reducing expenditure. Further excavate the potential; strengthen the basic management, straighten out the work flow; ensure that the management is more precise, the work chain is more complete, the division of labor is more professional, the responsibility, the index, the examination system and so on is clearer. These measures mean that Jinzhou Port has entered a new stage of development. It is necessary to adopt new management methods, concepts and management models, which objectively require employees of different levels of the company to have the corresponding knowledge structure. Management level and working ability. However, at present, the human resources management system in Jinzhou Port is not perfect enough, especially the training system, which obviously cannot meet the needs of the joint development of the port and the staff. Therefore, to perfect the training system, to increase the training intensity, and to optimize the training methods, Improving the quality of the staff is the inevitable choice for the future development of Jinzhou Port. This study is helpful to the improvement of human resource management in Jinzhou Port, and can also provide some reference for other ports. This paper is divided into the first part of the introduction, introduces the background of the topic, research significance, research methods and technical routes. The second part is literature review. The third part is the analysis of the status quo of Jinzhou Port training, introduces the overall situation of Jinzhou Port, organizational structure, operation system, staff structure, training system status quo, the main problems and so on. The fourth part is the training needs analysis of staff in Jinzhou Port, which is the focus of this study. Firstly, it summarizes the needs analysis, and then analyzes the training needs of Jinzhou Port from the organizational level, task level and staff level. The fifth part is the design of Jinzhou Port training system based on career planning. It is designed from the aspects of training objectives, training methods, vocational stage training, training teachers, training evaluation, security system, etc. Strive to promote the development of employees themselves, but also to benefit the enterprise. The sixth part is the conclusion, summarizes the research results and main viewpoints of this paper.
