曹妃甸实业港务有限公司生产现场改善体系研究

【摘要】:生产现场是企业生产的平台,是企业实现效益的源泉。企业现场管理是企业各种生产要素合理优化、分配和完善的过程。现场管理涉及到企业运行的方方面面,尤其对生产型企业而言,其本身更是一个庞大的系统工程。对生产现场管理进行有效改善,能够提高企业的运行效率,增强客户的满意度,,降低生产成本,减少生产过程的浪费,提高生产效率和产品质量。生产现场的改善包括对生产现场的作业人员、物料设备、作业方法、生产环境等要素进行高效科学的完善和创新。良好的生产现场改善措施是企业提高自身的竞争力的重要举措。 本文以曹妃甸实业港务有限公司为研究对象,在研究国内外现场管理改善的相关理论的基础上,分析了国内外生产现场的优秀管理方法、特点及优越性,并以该公司的生产现状为研究目标,结合现场改善理论体系中的方法和结构,重点提出了基于的5S管理方法的精益生产现场改善方案,对该公司的现场问题进行了有效改善,最后提出了生产现场的实施策略。 曹妃甸实业港务有限公司是曹妃甸港重要的港口物流生产企业,是环渤海区域海上物流服务工程的新兵,近年来在公司全体人员的共同努力下,取得了辉煌的成就。但是从企业生产的现场分析情况来看,企业目前依然存在着一系列问题,包括现场作业人员问题、作业流程问题、现场设备问题、现场环境问题以及安全生产等问题。正是基于上述问题的基础上,本文提出了改善生产现场管理的有效方案。 本文通过具体的实证的分析,对管理学现场改善的方法理论加以实践,得出了符合港口物流生产型企业现场管理改善的方式方法。结果表明,使用本文的方法体系可以有效地改善港口作业区域的环境条件,降低物流运输成本,提高现场工作人员与设备的交互效率,减少在作业过程中的人为浪费,均衡生产线连贯性和等待时间,提高港口物流生产的效率。
[Abstract]:Production site is the platform of enterprise production and the source of enterprise benefit. Enterprise site management is the process of rational optimization, distribution and perfection of various factors of production. Field management involves all aspects of enterprise operation, especially for production enterprises, which is a huge system engineering. The effective improvement of the production site management can improve the operation efficiency of the enterprise, enhance the customer satisfaction, reduce the production cost, reduce the waste of the production process, and improve the production efficiency and product quality. The improvement of production site includes efficient and scientific improvement and innovation of production personnel, material equipment, working methods, production environment and so on. Good production site improvement measures are an important measure for enterprises to improve their own competitiveness. In this paper, Caofeidian Industrial Port Co., Ltd. is taken as the research object. On the basis of studying the relevant theories of improving the field management at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the excellent management methods, characteristics and advantages of the production site at home and abroad. Taking the present production situation of the company as the research goal and combining the method and structure of the field improvement theory system, the paper puts forward the lean production site improvement scheme based on the 5S management method, and effectively improves the field problems of the company. Finally, the implementation strategy of production site is put forward. Caofeidian Industrial Port Co., Ltd. is an important port logistics production enterprise in Caofeidian Port, and a new recruit of marine logistics service project around Bohai Sea. In recent years, with the joint efforts of all the staff of the company, it has made brilliant achievements. However, there are still a series of problems in the enterprise, such as the problem of field operator, the problem of operation flow, the problem of field equipment, the problem of field environment and the problem of safety in production. Based on the above problems, this paper puts forward an effective scheme to improve the production site management. Based on the empirical analysis, this paper puts into practice the method theory of management field improvement, and obtains the ways and means to improve the field management in line with the port logistics production enterprises. The results show that the method system in this paper can effectively improve the environmental conditions of the port operation area, reduce the logistics transportation cost, improve the interaction efficiency between the field staff and the equipment, and reduce the human waste in the process of operation. Balance line continuity and waiting time to improve the efficiency of port logistics production.
