【摘要】:自集装箱发明以来,集装箱运输行业飞速发展,集装箱码头也向着大型化的趋势迈进,。而集装箱码头堆场的管理对于整个集装箱码头作业又有着重要的作用,它的管理水平体现了整个码头的管理水平。 精益管理是源自于精益生产方式的一种管理哲学。与大批量的传统生产管理不一样,精益管理是利用标准化的作业流程来杜绝一切浪费的一种管理方式。精益管理作为供应链思想的重要组成部分,在各行各业都已经得到广泛推广,成为有效的现代管理手段之一。 随着对集装箱码头堆场管理的重视,国内外码头企业纷纷引入精益管理这一在其他行业已经得到证明的现代管理手段来查找、分析和解决集装箱码头堆场在管理和作业中遇到的问题,提高了码头企业的作业效率,降低了作业成本。本文分析了集装箱码头堆场在管理和实际作业中遇到的问题,引用精益管理手段,通过堆场的标准化作业、流程化生产、均衡化生产、准时化生产和现场改善等方法,阐述消除浪费的方法,并提供能够保证精益管理持续进行的保障措施,达到提高集装箱码头的整体作业效率、减少作业成本和保证安全生产的目的。集装箱码头堆场的精益管理改进可以提高集装箱码头企业的经济效益和社会效益,对于国内外的码头企业实施精益管理有着重要的参考意义。
[Abstract]:Since the invention of container, container transportation industry has developed rapidly, and container terminals are also moving towards the trend of large-scale. The management of container terminal yard plays an important role in the whole container terminal operation, and its management level reflects the management level of the whole terminal. Lean management is a kind of management philosophy derived from lean production mode. Unlike traditional production management in large quantities, lean management is a management method that uses standardized process to eliminate all waste. Lean management, as an important part of supply chain, has been widely spread in various industries and has become one of the effective modern management methods. With the importance of container terminal yard management, domestic and foreign wharf enterprises have introduced lean management, which has been proved in other industries to find out. This paper analyzes and solves the problems encountered in the management and operation of container terminal yard, improves the operation efficiency of the terminal enterprise, and reduces the operating cost. This paper analyzes the problems encountered in the management and practical operation of the container terminal yard, uses the lean management means, through the standardized operation of the yard, the process production, the equalization production, the just-in-time production and the on-site improvement, etc. This paper expounds the methods of eliminating waste, and provides the safeguard measures which can guarantee the continuous carrying out of lean management, so as to improve the overall operation efficiency of container terminal, reduce the cost of operation and ensure the safety of production. The improvement of lean management of container terminal yard can improve the economic and social benefits of container terminal enterprises. It has important reference significance for domestic and foreign wharf enterprises to implement lean management.
