罗津港货源市场分析及发展战略研究

【摘要】:随着世界贸易往来日趋紧密,港口作为货物集散中心,功能也呈多元化发展趋势,特别是地理位置优越的港口,在各国往来贸易中的地位日益凸显。朝鲜的罗津港位于图们江下游,地处俄罗斯、中国和朝鲜三国交界区域,是东北亚地区的几何中心。联合国开发计划署、朝鲜、中国、俄罗斯均出台了合作开发该区域的政策,并已有了行动。罗津港作为自然条件优越的良港,其开发不仅对朝鲜本国具有战略意义,对整个东北亚地区的贸易格局都会产生深远的影响。特别是作为可以租用该港码头的中国,借港出海的深远意义在于增强东北地区物资外运的流通性,形成新的更有效的通道和格局。因此罗津港的腹地货源市场研究和发展战略制定具有重要意义。 本文从罗津港在东北亚的区位优势入手,同时参考世界港口的发展趋势,提出构建东北亚地区新的物流运输通道,并制定罗津港的发展战略。要研究港口的发展首先要进行货源市场分析,腹地划分是必不可少的,腹地划分时要考虑周边港口之间的竞争,因此本文综合了以上各方面的因素。针对罗津港的现状,分析港口条件和发展环境。在此基础上,基于东北亚物流运输网络,分析了罗津港在东北亚海上运输网络中的区位优势,并与环渤海港口群和俄罗斯远东港口群之间的竞争进行对比分析。基于腹地可达性理论,对罗津港与大连港、营口港的竞争腹地进行划分,并得出罗津港腹地的优势货种与货源生成量,最后提出了罗津港的发展战略定位、重点以及措施。 研究结果表明,罗津港的腹地在中国东北地区主要是黑龙江省和吉林省,集装箱是罗津港应当大力发展的货种,需要开辟两条航线,即中国航线和环东海航线。
[Abstract]:As the world trade exchanges become more and more close, the port, as the center of cargo distribution, has a diversified development trend, especially the port with superior geographical position, which plays an increasingly important role in the trade between countries. North Korea's Luojin Port is located in the lower reaches of the Tumen River, located in Russia, China and North Korea's three border areas, is the geometric center of Northeast Asia. The United Nations Development Program (UNDP), North Korea, China, and Russia have all adopted policies and actions to develop the region. As a good port with superior natural conditions, the development of Luojin Port not only has strategic significance for the DPRK itself, but also has a far-reaching impact on the trade pattern of the whole Northeast Asia. Especially for China, which can rent the port wharf, the far-reaching significance of using port to go out to sea lies in strengthening the circulation of goods and materials in Northeast China and forming a new and more effective channel and pattern. Therefore, the research and development strategy of Luojin Port's hinterland supply market is of great significance. Starting with the location advantage of Luojin Port in Northeast Asia and referring to the development trend of world ports, this paper puts forward a new logistics transportation channel in Northeast Asia and formulates the development strategy of Luojin Port. In order to study the development of ports, we must first analyze the market of the source of goods, the hinterland division is essential, the hinterland division should consider the competition between the surrounding ports, so this paper synthesizes the above factors. According to the current situation of Luojin Port, the port conditions and development environment are analyzed. On this basis, based on the Northeast Asian logistics transport network, this paper analyzes the location advantages of Luojin Port in the Northeast Asia maritime transport network, and compares the competition between the port group around the Bohai Sea and the Russian far East port group. Based on the theory of hinterland accessibility, the competitive hinterland of Luojin Port, Dalian Port and Yingkou Port is divided, and the superior cargo species and the quantity of goods produced in Luojin Port hinterland are obtained. Finally, the strategic orientation, emphases and measures for the development of Luojin Port are put forward. The results show that the hinterland of Luojin Port is mainly in Heilongjiang Province and Jilin Province in Northeast China, and the container is the kind of cargo that should be vigorously developed in Luojin Port, which needs to open two routes, namely, China route and East China Sea route.
