基于低碳目标的城市客运交通结构优化研究

【摘要】:现阶段气候变化成为全球十大环境问题之一,我国作为温室气体排放大国,环境问题尤其突出。城市交通系统污染严重、能耗多、问题频发,与“低碳经济”发展理念相悖。为了减少城市客运交通系统碳排放量,本文以居民出行方式为研究对象,构建低碳经济下城市客运交通结构优化模型,改善交通现状。 本文通过分析国内外研究现状,界定城市客运交通结构的内涵和构成,在借鉴传统交通结构优化的做法和经验教训基础上,提出“低碳经济”要求下交通结构优化的思路。通过对比分析国内外现有交通结构优化方法的适用范围和优劣,以客运周转量和碳排放为目标变量,以居民出行需求、能源和资源消耗为参数,构建同时满足社会、经济和环境三方面要求的城市客运交通结构优化模型。依此计算合理的交通结构优化值,保证城市客运交通系统在最大限度满足居民出行需求基础上,投资额最低,碳排放最少。并通过成本分析和减排量计算检验该模型的可行性。最后,以某市的客运交通结构为对象,,从有关统计年鉴、政府部门和问卷调查获取数据,导入所构建的模型,提出了该市交通结构优化方案。 本文将研究结论与该市交通规划相结合,针对现阶段的交通问题,提出了相应的改进措施,为交通部门制定管理策略提供参考。
[Abstract]:Climate change has become one of the top ten environmental problems in the world at present. The pollution of urban transportation system is serious, the energy consumption is much and the problems occur frequently, which is contrary to the development idea of low carbon economy. In order to reduce the carbon emission of urban passenger transport system, this paper takes the resident travel mode as the research object, constructs the urban passenger transport structure optimization model under the low carbon economy, improves the traffic present situation. By analyzing the present research situation at home and abroad, this paper defines the connotation and composition of urban passenger transport structure, and puts forward the train of thought of traffic structure optimization under the requirement of "low carbon economy" on the basis of drawing lessons from the traditional traffic structure optimization. By comparing and analyzing the applicable range and advantages and disadvantages of the existing traffic structure optimization methods at home and abroad, taking passenger transport turnover and carbon emissions as target variables, taking residents' travel demand, energy and resource consumption as parameters, constructing and satisfying the society at the same time. Economic and environmental requirements of urban passenger traffic structure optimization model. According to this, the reasonable traffic structure optimization value can be calculated to ensure that the urban passenger transport system can meet the needs of the residents on the basis of maximum travel demand, the investment is the lowest and the carbon emission is the least. The feasibility of the model is verified by cost analysis and emission reduction calculation. Finally, taking the passenger traffic structure of a certain city as the object, obtaining the data from the relevant statistical yearbooks, government departments and questionnaires, introducing the constructed model, the optimization scheme of the traffic structure of the city is put forward. This paper combines the research conclusion with the traffic planning of the city, and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures in view of the traffic problems at the present stage, which provides a reference for the traffic department to formulate the management strategy.
