【摘要】：战略管理能力是企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分,在企业价值最大化的过程中持续发挥着重要作用,企业对战略管理的重视程度和水平,直接决定着企业价值最大化的实现程度。而目前,全球经济正处于趋向信息化发展的时代背景下,信息化水平作为一个重要的衡量指标在我国经济建设的社会发展中,其重要性可见一斑。信息化更是我国企业现代化发展的必经之路。随着天津港向世界一流大港的发展,天津外轮理货有限公司在未来的发展道路中,也面临着重要的挑战。在公司发展战略制定上,信息化战略占有举足轻重的地位。本文通过天津外轮理货有限公司信息化发展现状,分析信息化发展对于公司发展的重要性,重点把握两个重要的基本概念：“信息化”和“发展战略”,结合研究公司信息化发展的优势,分析得出公司信息化发展所面临的问题有：外轮理货综合信息管理系统没得到充分应用、数据安全及连续服务存在隐患、辅助决策作用发挥不充分信息化创新能力不足等。在此基础上,本文提出实施信息化发展战略具体有：一是理货系统再优化战略；二是信息资源深利用战略；三是资源整合创新战略；四是建立网络应急体系战略等。这些战略的制定旨在提升公司信息化水平,拓展服务空间。通过实施信息化发展战略的实践证明,信息化发展战略对天津外轮理货有限公司的发展起到促进作用,具有一定现实价值。本文将信息化与企业发展战略理论结合,根据天津外轮理货有限公司所处具体实际,通过构建外理公司信息化发展战略对公司未来发展起到一定推动作用,具有实际意义。
[Abstract]:Strategic management ability is an important part of the core competence of an enterprise. It plays an important role in the process of maximizing the value of an enterprise. It directly determines the degree of realizing the maximization of enterprise value. At present, the global economy is in the background of the development of information technology. As an important measure, the level of informatization is very important in the social development of our country's economic construction. Informationization is the only way to develop the modernization of our country's enterprises. With the development of Tianjin Port into a world-class port, Tianjin Foreign Shipping tally Co., Ltd. is facing important challenges in the future. In the company development strategy formulation, information strategy plays a pivotal role. This paper analyzes the importance of informatization development to the development of Tianjin Foreign Shipping tally Co., Ltd., analyzes the importance of informatization development for the development of the company, and emphatically grasps two important basic concepts: "Informatization" and "Development Strategy". Combined with the advantages of the information development of the company, it is concluded that the problems faced by the information development of the company are as follows: the comprehensive information management system for shipping tally has not been fully applied, the data security and the continuous service are hidden dangers. The auxiliary decision-making function exerts the insufficient informationization innovation ability insufficiency and so on. On this basis, this paper puts forward the implementation of information development strategy: first, the tally system optimization strategy; second, the strategy of deep utilization of information resources; third, the integration of resources innovation strategy; fourth, the establishment of network emergency system strategy. These strategies are designed to improve the company's information level and expand service space. The practice of implementing the informatization development strategy has proved that the informatization development strategy plays a role in promoting the development of Tianjin Foreign Shipping tally Co., Ltd., and has certain practical value. This paper combines the theory of informatization and enterprise development strategy, according to the actual situation of Tianjin Foreign Shipping tally Co., Ltd., it is of practical significance to construct the informatization development strategy of external shipping company to promote the future development of the company.
