辽宁沿海港口竞争力研究

【摘要】:近些年来,港口竞争在世界航运、国际贸易等环节中已经屡见不鲜,这其中有利于发展的良性竞争,也有为了争夺造成资源浪费的恶性竞争。 众所周知,港口竞争力构筑国家竞争力,而国家竞争力又可以增强国家经济实力。因此,随着经济全球化的广泛发展,我国对港口竞争的研究也要不断完善,并据此提高我国港口的整体竞争力水平,更好的协调发展港口及相关工业、商业和贸易产业的经济。笔者也针对这一课题做了深入研究,并建立了评价指标体系和评价模型,用于控制和指导港口活动。 本文主要研究了港口之间的竞争力,并结合国内外相关研究总结出的宝贵经验,针对港口竞争力这一问题展开一系列的学术分析。首先,本文对港口竞争力的内涵、类型以及特点等加以介绍。然后,在港口竞争力影响因素分析中,本文针对港口自身因素和外界因素两个方面。接下来,在通过对现有研究成果的研究比对之后,本文提出采用数据包络分析模型对港口进行竞争力评价,以因子分析模型作为数据包络分析的辅助模型,并用之排除相关性因素干扰,尽量弥补所选模型的局限性。之后本文根据因子分析法提出了评价港口竞争力的公共因子,同时构建了港口竞争力的评价的输入-输出指标体系,从而运用数据包络分析方法建立了港口竞争力的评价模型。 最后,本文在建立指标体系和评价模型的基础上,以辽宁省的六个港口为实例,分别以大连港、营口港、盘锦港、丹东港、锦州港以及葫芦岛港为主要研究对象,就其实际情况对它们之间港口竞争关系进行分析,并针对得到的技术效率、纯技术效率、规模效率及规模效益变化做了港口效率评价,进而应用改进过的模型对港口进行排名。最后通过对评价结果的分析,并结合所学到的理论知识为辽宁各个港口发展的提出了有关建议。 本文的完成对笔者今后在港口方面的研究工作起了很好的导向作用,也希望本文能够进一步完善港口竞争关系研究,并为今后的研究提供一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, port competition in the world shipping, international trade and other links has been common, which is conducive to the development of benign competition, but also for the waste of resources for the vicious competition. As we all know, port competitiveness builds national competitiveness, and national competitiveness can enhance national economic strength. Therefore, with the extensive development of economic globalization, the study of port competition in our country should be improved constantly, and the overall competitiveness of our port should be improved accordingly, and the economy of port and related industries, commerce and trade should be developed in a better coordinated manner. The author also makes an in-depth study on this subject and establishes an evaluation index system and an evaluation model for controlling and guiding port activities. This paper mainly studies the competitiveness of ports, and combines the valuable experience of relevant research at home and abroad to carry out a series of academic analysis on the competitiveness of ports. First of all, this paper introduces the connotation, types and characteristics of port competitiveness. Then, in the analysis of the influencing factors of port competitiveness, this paper focuses on the port itself and external factors. Then, after comparing the existing research results, this paper proposes to use the data envelopment analysis model to evaluate the competitiveness of the port, using factor analysis model as the auxiliary model of data envelopment analysis. The limitation of the selected model can be remedied by eliminating the interference of correlation factors. Then according to the factor analysis, this paper puts forward the public factors to evaluate the port competitiveness, and constructs the input-output index system of the port competitiveness evaluation, and sets up the evaluation model of the port competitiveness by using the data envelopment analysis method. Finally, based on the establishment of index system and evaluation model, this paper takes six ports in Liaoning Province as examples, respectively, taking Dalian Port, Yingkou Port, Panjin Port, Dandong Port, Jinzhou Port and Huludao Port as the main research objects. According to the actual situation, the paper analyzes the relationship of port competition between them, and evaluates the port efficiency according to the technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency, scale efficiency and the change of scale benefit, and then uses the improved model to rank the port. Finally, through the analysis of the evaluation results and combined with the theoretical knowledge learned, some suggestions are put forward for the development of each port in Liaoning Province. The completion of this paper plays a good guiding role in the future research work in port, and also hopes that this paper can further improve the port competition relationship research, and provide some reference for future research.
