秦皇岛公路勘察设计院人力资源开发对策研究

【摘要】:在知识经济和信息时代,人才资源业已成为企业的核心竞争力,即企业之间的竞争归根结蒂就是人才资源的竞争。在现代社会,人才资源已被证明是推动企业发展的不竭动力。如何有效获得高素质的人力资源即人才资源,并实现人才资源的效用最大化,这是现代企业在激烈的市场竞争环境下必须解决的首要问题。而要做到这一点,没有系统、科学、合理和可持续的人力资源开发是难以实现的。 本文正是基于这一思考,根据国内外先进的人力资源开发理论和方法,针对秦皇岛公路勘察设计院现有人力资源的存在状况,提出有效开发其人力资源的对策建议。具体说来,首先对秦皇岛公路勘察设计院现有人力资源的能力类型及其水平状况进行统计分析,以此找出现有人力资源与其工作任务要求的差距和不足;其次通过对秦皇岛公路勘察设计院人力资源开发以往工作进行总结分析,,指出其在人力资源开发过程中存在的问题,并对这些问题产生的成因进行分析;最后,依据先进的人力资源开发理论与方法,有针对性地提出秦皇岛公路勘察设计院今后人力资源开发的途径和措施。 本文的创新点在于:基于先进的人力资源开发理论和方法,有针对性地运用到秦皇岛公路勘察设计院的人力资源开发工作中去,具体提出了解决其人力资源开发的途径和措施。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy and information, human resources have become the core competitiveness of enterprises, that is, the competition among enterprises is the competition of human resources in the final analysis. In modern society, human resources have been proved to be an inexhaustible driving force to promote the development of enterprises. How to effectively obtain high-quality human resources, that is, human resources, and achieve the maximum utility of human resources, which is the most important problem that modern enterprises must solve in the fierce market competition environment. It is difficult to achieve this without systematic, scientific, rational and sustainable human resource development. Based on this thinking, according to the advanced theories and methods of human resource development at home and abroad, and in view of the existing human resources of Qinhuangdao Highway Survey and Design Institute, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the effective development of human resources of Qinhuangdao Highway Survey and Design Institute. Specifically, first of all, the existing human resources of Qinhuangdao Highway Survey and Design Institute of the type and level of statistical analysis, in order to find the gap between human resources and its task requirements and deficiencies; Secondly, through summarizing and analyzing the past work of Qinhuangdao Highway Survey and Design Institute, pointing out the existing problems in the process of human resource development, and analyzing the causes of these problems; finally, According to the advanced theory and method of human resource development, this paper puts forward the ways and measures of future human resource development of Qinhuangdao Highway Survey and Design Institute. The innovation of this paper lies in: based on the advanced theory and method of human resource development, this paper applies it to the human resource development work of Qinhuangdao Highway Survey and Design Institute, and puts forward the ways and measures to solve its human resource development.
