北京铁路局唐山车务段客运经营创新研究

【摘要】:铁路是我国现代经济体系中十分重要的一环,历经近200年发展历史的铁路在今天依然是各国人员、物资流动的重要方式。我国拥有当今世界最为庞大的铁路客运系统。截至2013年底,全国铁路营业里程达到11万公里。随着我国高速公路的迅速发展以及大型运输企业的不断增加,公路运输将在更广范围内分流铁路的客源;民航重组后,以其速度快、旅行时间短的巨大优势,争抢铁路长距离运输的客源。铁路的运输企业不可能固守“铁老大”的位置,放任客运市场的流失,根据旅客需求,运用先进的经营管理模式,与市场接轨,开展多种形式的营销,抢占旅客运输市场份额,增加客运经营收入是铁路发展的必然要求。本文首先分析我国现行铁路客运的经营管理模式,经营现状及客运服务存在的问题,通过认真研究对比国外铁路客运经营管理的相关资料,得到一定启示,在铁路客运的经营及服务方面提出了自己的看法。在总结唐山车务段经营范围、经营方式、客服系统、经营管理等方面的基础上,进一步分析了车务段经营管理及服务现状,发现车务段在人员、体制、营销、服务等影响客运经营的一系列问题,并提出解决问题的措施,对车务段客运经营创新策略提出了意见。
[Abstract]:Railway is a very important link in the modern economic system of our country. After nearly 200 years of development, railway is still an important way for the movement of people and goods in various countries today. China has the largest railway passenger transport system in the world. By the end of 2013, the country's railway mileage reached 110000 kilometers. With the rapid development of highway in our country and the increasing of large transportation enterprises, highway transportation will distribute the passenger source of railway in a wider range. After the reorganization of civil aviation, with its great advantages of fast speed and short travel time, Scramble for the source of passengers for long-distance railway transportation. It is impossible for railway transport enterprises to hold firmly to the position of "iron boss", to allow the loss of the passenger transport market, to apply advanced business and management models according to passenger demand, to integrate with the market, to carry out various forms of marketing, and to seize the share of passenger transport market. Increasing passenger transport revenue is the inevitable requirement of railway development. This paper first analyzes the current management mode of railway passenger transport in our country, the present management situation and the existing problems of passenger transport service, and obtains some enlightenment by studying and comparing the relevant data of foreign railway passenger transport management. In the railway passenger transport management and service aspects put forward their own views. On the basis of summing up the scope of operation, mode of operation, customer service system, management and management of Tangshan section, this paper further analyzes the present situation of operation, management and service of the section, and finds out that the section is in personnel, system, marketing, etc. A series of problems affecting passenger transport management, such as service, are put forward, and the measures to solve these problems are put forward, and some suggestions are put forward on the innovation strategy of passenger transport management in train service section.
