长江干线江海直达转载货运模式研究

【摘要】:长江干线自西向东连接我国七省二市,是我国内河水运的主要通道,干散货运输更是对我国沿江经济的发展起着重要作用。近年来,随着长江流域和沿海地区经济的发展,两者之间的物资交流日趋频繁,货物的进出口量也大大增加。在这样的市场环境下,江海直达船舶的需求量正逐步增加。目前,长江水运的主要江海直达货种是铁矿石。纵观我国的产业分布图,不难发现,长江沿线分布着我国36%的钢铁产业,其中70%以上铁矿石需从北仑港转运至沿江各钢铁企业,仅重庆港的铁矿石年进口量就超过470万吨。目前,江海直达船舶在长江上航行的主要问题是长江上、中、下游航道条件存在很大差异,而且相同航段在不同的季节航道水深情况也有很大差异。其次,三峡大坝完工以后,长江上游的通航条件发生了很大的变化,在不同的季节,库区航段和自然航段的分段位置也不同。在这样复杂的通航环境下,江海直达船舶在航行过程中的载货量会随着航道条件的变化而改变,这一情况使得江海直达船舶在航行途中会出现货物的转载。因此,选择合理的转载模式并对其进行优化,对降低货运成本,提高船舶的经济效益有着重要的意义。 本文首先阐述了研究的目的及意义;然后从货源、航道条件、港口条件三个方面对长江干线江海直达运输环境做了分析;接着对长江干线江海货运模式进行了分析,阐述了目前几种主要江海货运模式的优缺点。针对江海直达船舶因受限于长江中上游航段航道条件,而影响运输效益最大化的问题,结合目前长江中游航段的过驳转载模式,重点研究江海直达船舶和内河船舶组成的船队以“母子船”的形式进行运输的江海直达货运转载模式。根据长江干线航道条件随季节、航段变化大的特点,建立了长江干线江海直达转载模式优化模型并给出了求解方法;通过实例应用,分不同的季节和不同的中转点对优化模型进行求解,对比分析得出了各个季节的优化配船方案。
[Abstract]:The main line of Yangtze River connects seven provinces and two cities from west to east, which is the main passage of inland waterway in China, and the dry bulk transportation plays an important role in the development of economy along the Yangtze River. In recent years, with the economic development of the Yangtze River Basin and coastal areas, the exchange of goods between the two is becoming more and more frequent, and the import and export of goods are also increasing greatly. In such a market environment, the demand for sea-to-sea direct ships is gradually increasing. At present, the main river and sea direct transport of the Yangtze River is iron ore. It is not difficult to find that 36% of China's iron and steel industry is distributed along the Yangtze River, of which more than 70% of iron ore needs to be transferred from Beilun Port to all iron and steel enterprises along the Yangtze River. The annual import of iron ore in Chongqing Port alone exceeds 4.7 million tons. At present, the main problem of river and sea direct ships sailing on the Yangtze River is that there are great differences in the channel conditions of the upper, middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, and there are also great differences in the water depth of the same section in different seasons. Secondly, after the completion of the three Gorges Dam, the navigation conditions of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River have changed greatly. In different seasons, the section positions of the navigation section and the natural section of the reservoir area are also different. In such a complicated navigable environment, the carrying capacity of sea and river direct ships in the course of navigation will change with the change of waterway conditions, which makes the sea and river direct ships carry goods in the course of navigation. Therefore, it is of great significance to select a reasonable reprint mode and optimize it to reduce the freight cost and improve the economic benefits of the ship. In this paper, the purpose and significance of the research are first expounded, then the direct transportation environment of the Yangtze River is analyzed from three aspects: the source of goods, the condition of the channel and the condition of the port; and then the model of the river and sea freight transport along the main line of the Yangtze River is analyzed. This paper expounds the advantages and disadvantages of several main river and sea freight modes at present. In view of the problem that the river and sea direct vessels are restricted by the channel conditions of the upper and middle reaches of the Yangtze River and thus affect the maximum transport benefit, the paper combines the current mode of over-barge reloading in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. This paper mainly studies the transport mode of river and sea direct freight by "mother ship" and inland river ship fleet in the form of "mother and son". According to the characteristics that the channel conditions of the main Yangtze River vary greatly with the seasons, the optimization model of the direct transfer mode of the Yangtze River is established and the solution method is given. The optimization model is solved by different seasons and different transfer points.
