中远泛亚内贸集装箱航线经营策略分析

【摘要】：内贸集装箱作为我国水路运输的重要组成部分有着很重大的意义,在国内贸易中扮演很重要的角色。在世界经济衰退、远洋航运不景气时,内贸集装箱运输逆流而上蓬勃发展。正是因为内贸集装箱运输市场的良好发展前景导致市场涌入大量的经营者,使得内贸集装箱运输市场竞争激烈、秩序混乱。在这样的环境下,研究、制定和实施正确的经营策略显得尤为重要,是走出困境实现长远发展的重要先决条件。本文首先从运量、运力和运价三方面分析内贸集装箱运输市场现状,然后具体分析中远上海泛亚航运有限公司(以下简称“中远泛亚”)的具体经营状况,结合中远泛亚的内部竞争优势劣势和内贸集装箱运输市场的机遇和挑战运用SWOT分析方法分析提出“船队规模化、船舶大型化、航线网络化、营运精品化、延伸服务多样化”的经营模式以及研究探讨与同业伙伴的合作战略以优化内贸航线的经营模式。针对中远泛亚的经营模式进行具体实例分析,以“天天班”和中海合作航线为例分析中远泛亚的经营策略。
[Abstract]:As an important part of waterway transportation, domestic trade container plays an important role in domestic trade. In the world economic recession, ocean shipping recession, domestic container transport upflow vigorous development. It is precisely because of the good development prospect of domestic container transport market that the market flows into a large number of operators, which makes the domestic trade container transport market competitive and chaotic. In such an environment, it is very important to study, formulate and implement the correct management strategy, which is an important prerequisite for the long-term development out of the predicament. This paper first analyzes the current situation of domestic container transportation market from the aspects of volume, capacity and freight rate, and then concretely analyzes the specific operating situation of Cosco Shanghai pan-Asia Shipping Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "COSCO Pan Asia"). Combined with COSCO's internal competitive advantages and disadvantages, and the opportunities and challenges of domestic trade container transportation market, the paper analyzes and puts forward by using SWOT analysis method: "fleet scale, ship size, route network, fine operation," The business model of extending the diversification of services and the strategy of cooperation with partners in the same trade to optimize the business model of domestic trade routes. This paper analyzes the operation model of COSCO Pan Asia, and analyzes the management strategy of COSCO Pan Asia with the example of daily class and China shipping cooperative route.
