宁波大榭中油二期码头项目经济效益分析

【摘要】:2007年以来,由于美国金融危机爆发的影响,使得我国经济受到了较大冲击,为保增长,维持稳定并调整经济结构,由国家对基础设施建设进行主导,扩大内需,是我国经必须作出的选择。2008年11月5日,国务院召开常务会议,明确提出我国促进经济增长扩大内需十项措施,其中第三条措施为加快公路、铁路和机场等重大基础设施建设。2009年3月6日,国家发改委公布了4万亿投资的方向,即从2008年4季度开始到2010年底,国家交通基础设施建设的投资为1.5万亿,占到总投资的37.5%。 市场经济条件下,企业投资项目的决策是影响企业生存与发展的重要因素之一。码头项目是国家非常重要的基础设施工程之一,对地区经济的发展具有非常重要的作用。由于码头工程项目建设周期长、投资规模大,受资金时间价值和国家产业政策等多重因素的影响,为了对此类投资项目做出正确和合理的决策,就必须对项目进行财务评价,分析投资项目建设期和运营期的盈利能力、偿债能力等财务状况,根据分析结果来评价项目投资的财务可行性。 本文以宁波大榭中油二期油品码头项目的财务分析和评价为研究对象,分三个部分进行研究。第一部分为第一章绪论,主要是阐述论文的理论基础,对文中应用到的理论、研究方法和指标进行了总括和梳理,指导后面的实践研究;第二部分是第二章,主要对大榭中油二期码头项目进行概况分析和介绍,从项目的建设规模、地理位置、建设条件、工程设计、项目实施和组织管理等方面对项目进行总体探讨;第三部分包括第三章和第四章,这部分是项目的核心章节,主要在第三章对项目的市场环境、竞争现状进行分析和预测的基础上,在第四章对宁波大榭中油二期油品码头项目从投融资估算、盈利能力等方面进行了财务分析和评价,第五章得出项目在经济上可行的结论。
[Abstract]:Since 2007, due to the impact of the outbreak of the US financial crisis, China's economy has been greatly impacted. In order to maintain growth, maintain stability and adjust the economic structure, the state has led the construction of infrastructure and expanded domestic demand. On November 5, 2008, the State Council convened an executive meeting to explicitly propose ten measures to promote economic growth and expand domestic demand, the third of which is to speed up the road. Major infrastructure construction such as railways and airports. On March 6, 2009, the National Development and Reform Commission announced the direction of the $4 trillion investment, that is, from the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2008 to the end of 2010, the national transportation infrastructure investment was 1.5 trillion, accounting for 37.5 percent of the total investment. Under the condition of market economy, the decision of enterprise investment project is one of the important factors that influence the survival and development of enterprise. The wharf project is one of the most important infrastructure projects in our country, which plays an important role in the development of regional economy. Because of the long construction period of the wharf project, the large scale of investment and the influence of many factors, such as the time value of the capital and the national industrial policy, in order to make the correct and reasonable decision on this kind of investment project, it is necessary to carry on the financial evaluation to the project. This paper analyzes the profitability and solvency of the investment project during the construction and operation periods, and evaluates the financial feasibility of the project investment according to the results of the analysis. This paper takes the financial analysis and evaluation of Ningbo Daxie PetroChina Phase II Oil Terminal Project as the research object, which is divided into three parts. The first part is the introduction of the first chapter, which mainly expounds the theoretical basis of the paper, summarizes and combs the theory, research methods and indicators applied in the paper, instructs the later practical research; the second part is the second chapter. This paper mainly analyzes and introduces the project of Daxie PetroChina Phase II wharf, and makes a general discussion on the project from the aspects of construction scale, geographical position, construction conditions, engineering design, project implementation and organization and management. The third part includes the third and fourth chapters, which are the core chapters of the project, mainly on the basis of the analysis and forecast of the market environment and the present situation of competition of the project in the third chapter. In the fourth chapter, the financial analysis and evaluation of the second phase oil products terminal project in Ningbo Daxie PetroChina are carried out from the aspects of investment and financing estimation, profitability and so on. The fifth chapter draws the conclusion that the project is economically feasible.
