【摘要】:本文首先对国外中枢机场的发展经历进行了研究,总结出中枢机场形成的基本条件,并以此作为A机场中枢建设的标杆。紧接着,以A机场作为研究对象,运用SWOT分析法,对A机场中枢建设的外部环境和内部环境进行分析,总结出A机场中枢建设的机会是:国内、国际客源充足;腹地经济良好,人均可支配收入较高;腹地旅游资源和旅游市场广阔;政府加大支持力度,有利于发展更多国际航线。威胁是:区域内机场竞争比较激烈;国际航线严重不足,市场占有率较低;航空收费较贵,不利于市场开拓;短途航线受高铁等其他运输方式的影响。优势是:最大基地航空公司的实力雄厚;A机场国内航线比较丰富、市场占有率较高;服务水平较高;具有品牌优势。劣势是:现有硬件设施正在逐步成为业务发展瓶颈;部分运行环节效能低下;中转竞争力不强。最后,根据A机场与标杆中枢机场的差距,从一个旅客的角度提出A机场在建设中枢机场过程中面临的困难和需要解决的问题,并制定出A机场中枢竞争战略的实施的三个策略:提升公司内部运营的策略;提升航线竞争力的策略;提升被旅客选择几率的策略。 该文提出的实施方案以A机场实际情况为基础,结合中枢机场理论对A机场中枢竞争战略实施进行了较完整的阐述,,希望为A机场中枢发展规划、制定中枢策略提供参考。
[Abstract]:This paper first studies the development experience of foreign central airports, summarizes the basic conditions for the formation of central airports, and takes it as a benchmark for the construction of A airport hub. Then, taking A airport as the research object, using SWOT analysis method, the paper analyzes the external and internal environment of A airport hub construction, and concludes that the opportunities of A airport hub construction are: domestic and international passenger resources are sufficient; the hinterland is economically sound. The per capita disposable income is higher; the hinterland tourism resources and tourism market are broad; the government strengthens the support strength, is advantageous to the development more international routes. The threats are: fierce competition in regional airports; serious shortage of international routes and low market share; higher air charges are not conducive to market development; short-haul routes are affected by other transportation modes such as high-speed rail. The advantages are: the largest base airlines have abundant domestic routes, high market share, high service level, and brand advantages. The disadvantages are: the existing hardware facilities are gradually becoming the bottleneck of business development; some of the operational links are inefficient; the transfer competitiveness is not strong. Finally, according to the gap between airport A and benchmark airport, from the point of view of a passenger, this paper puts forward the difficulties and problems that need to be solved in the construction of airport as a hub. Three strategies of implementing the competition strategy of airport A center are worked out: the strategy of enhancing the internal operation of the company, the strategy of enhancing the competitiveness of the airline, and the strategy of enhancing the probability of being selected by the passengers. Based on the actual situation of Airport A and combining with the theory of Central Airport, this paper gives a more complete exposition of the implementation of the competitive strategy of Airport A, hoping to provide a reference for the development planning of Airport A and the formulation of central strategy.
