港口物流绩效评价指标体系的研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化和国际贸易的迅猛发展,促使生产一体化进程不断加快,,进而带动了全球各国物流的发展进入了一个全新的时期。从我国历年GDP统计表可知,我国GDP增长迅速,自2006年至2011年期间,我国GDP年均增长率达到10.9%。在我国经济水平不断提高的同时,我国港口物流也迎来了飞速的发展,港口商品的频繁流动导致货物流通量持续增大,自2006至2011年,上海港、深圳港、香港港口的集装箱吞吐量平均年增长率为5.3%左右。在2011年,上港集团、深赤湾港航集团的主营业务收入总额的平均增长率大约为5.7%,而净利润总额的平均增长率大约是负14.6%。因此,如何改善港口物流绩效水平,使得港口物流企业管理趋于合理化、规范化,从而达到降低物流成本、提高物流运作效率,进而使得港口物流能够更好发展,具有重要的研究意义。 本文以提高港口管理效率为目标,通过构建港口物流绩效指标,运用粗糙集理论对构建的绩效评价指标进行筛选并计算出评价指标的权重,结合ABC管理法以便港口物流企业对重点指标重点监控。论文主要从以下三个方面对港口物流绩效进行了研究: 首先,详细分析我国主要港口物流的发展状况,从提高管理运作效率的角度提出对港口物流绩效进行评价的重要性。 其次,通过对港口物流特点及物流运作流程的分析,建立港口物流绩效评价指标体系。 最后,采用粗糙集的原理对港口物流绩效评价指标进行筛选,及利用粗糙集权重算法,对各指标进行权重赋值,结合管理学ABC分类管理方法对绩效评价指标按照重要性进行排序,以便港口物流企业对重点指标重点监控。 通过从以上三个方面对港口物流绩效的研究,本文得出以下结论: ①从港口基础设施和规模、物流作业水平、客户满意度、员工素质、信息水平、财务六个方面建立港口物流绩效评价指标体系。 ②应用粗糙集模型对港口物流绩效指标进行筛选和权重赋值,结合管理学中ABC管理方法对指标进行排序,以便港口物流企业对重点指标的重点监控。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization and international trade, the process of production integration has been accelerated, and the development of logistics in the world has entered a new period. From the statistics of China's GDP over the years, we can see that our country's GDP growth is rapid, from 2006 to 2011, the average annual GDP growth rate of our country reached 10.9%. At the same time, the economic level of our country is improving constantly, the port logistics of our country has also ushered in the rapid development, the frequent flow of the port commodity causes the goods circulation volume to increase continuously, from 2006 to 2011, the Shanghai port, the Shenzhen port, The average annual growth rate of container throughput in Hong Kong ports is about 5.3%. In 2011, the average growth rate of total revenue from the main operations of Shanghai Hong Kong Group, Shenzhen Chek Wan Port and Shipping Group was about 5.7, while the average net profit growth rate was about -14.6. Therefore, how to improve the performance level of port logistics, make the management of port logistics enterprise tend to rationalize and standardize, so as to reduce logistics costs, improve the efficiency of logistics operation, and then make port logistics can develop better. This paper aims to improve the efficiency of port management, through the construction of port logistics performance indicators, using rough set theory to screen the constructed performance evaluation index and calculate the weight of the evaluation index. Combined with ABC management method for port logistics enterprises to focus on key indicators monitoring. This paper mainly studies the performance of port logistics from the following three aspects: firstly, the development of port logistics in China is analyzed in detail. The importance of evaluating port logistics performance is put forward from the point of view of improving management efficiency. Secondly, through the analysis of port logistics characteristics and logistics operation process, the evaluation index system of port logistics performance is established. The principle of rough set is used to screen the evaluation index of port logistics performance, and the weight assignment of each index is carried out by using the weight algorithm of rough set, combining with the ABC classification management method of management, the performance evaluation index is ranked according to its importance. Through the study of port logistics performance from the above three aspects, this paper draws the following conclusions: 1 from the port infrastructure and scale, logistics operation level, customer satisfaction, employee quality, This paper establishes the evaluation index system of port logistics performance in six aspects of information level and finance. (2) applying rough set model to screen port logistics performance index and assign weight to it, combining with ABC management method in management to sort the index, In order to port logistics enterprises to key indicators of key monitoring.
