高速公路建设项目专业团队知识转移过程模拟及效果评价

【摘要】:知识转移作为知识管理活动的重要一环,正成为组织竞争优势的重要来源。目前,学者对于知识转移的研究焦点主要围绕在组织知识转移的过程、影响因素和最佳转移实践方面。在高速公路建设项目中,专业团队知识转移是组织知识转移的一个缩影,专业团队的知识面临着知识传播、知识交流困难和知识沉淀不够等问题,基于此,文章以专业团队内部的知识转移过程为出发点,,对高速公路建设项目专业团队知识转移效果进行评价,期望为以后知识管理方面的研究提供借鉴与参考。 首先,文章在广泛查阅国内外相关文献以及总结前人研究成果的基础上,阐述高速公路建设项目专业团队的定义以及知识特性,从知识转移方、知识接受方以及知识转移双方互动过程三方面对高速公路建设项目专业团队知识转移的影响因素进行深入分析;其次,运用系统动力学因果反馈回路的方式对各因素之间的相互关系进行梳理,明确各因素在知识转移过程中的影响方向,以此为依据构建高速公路建设项目专业团队知识转移过程的系统动力学模型,利用VENSIMPLE软件对该模型进行仿真,并通过有效性检验以及灵敏度分析对该模型的模拟效果进行实际分析;再次,根据灵敏度分析结果可知高速公路建设项目专业团队知识转移的关键性影响因素包括知识自身特性、知识转移方、知识接受方、知识转移平台四个方面,以此为基础构建高速公路建设项目专业团队知识转移效果评价指标体系,并将层次分析法与灰色评价法相结合,构建高速公路建设项目专业团队知识转移效果多层次灰色综合评价模型。同时引入工程案例,将模型与调查问卷收集的数据相结合进行综合评价。最后,针对评价结果提出改进的建议与措施。 文章将高速公路建设项目专业团队与知识转移概念相结合丰富了建设项目知识管理的内容,完善了建设项目知识管理理论。此外,文章运用系统动力学理论深入研究专业团队知识转移的内在机制并采用多层次灰色评价法科学地评价专业团队知识转移效果,有助于提高我国高速公路的整体建设水平。
[Abstract]:As an important part of knowledge management activities, knowledge transfer is becoming an important source of organizational competitive advantage. At present, scholars focus on knowledge transfer mainly in the process of organizing knowledge transfer, influencing factors and best transfer practice. In the item of highway construction, knowledge transfer of professional team is the organization of knowledge transfer. In the epitome of the shift, the knowledge of the professional team is faced with the problems of knowledge communication, knowledge exchange and lack of knowledge. Based on this, the article takes the process of knowledge transfer within the professional team as the starting point to evaluate the knowledge transfer effect of the professional team of the highway construction project, hoping for the future research on knowledge management. For reference and reference.
First, on the basis of extensively consulting the relevant literature at home and abroad and summarizing the achievements of previous studies, this paper expounds the definition and knowledge characteristics of the professional team of highway construction projects, and the transfer of knowledge transfer from three aspects of knowledge transfer, knowledge acceptor and the mutual process of knowledge transfer to the professional team of high speed highway construction projects Secondly, the relationship between the factors is combed with the system dynamics causal feedback loop, and the influence direction of each factor in the process of knowledge transfer is clearly defined. Based on this, the system dynamics model of the knowledge transfer process of the professional team of the expressway construction project is built, and the VENSIMP is used to make use of the system. LE software simulates the model, and analyzes the simulation effect of the model through effectiveness test and sensitivity analysis. Thirdly, according to the results of sensitivity analysis, the key factors affecting the knowledge transfer of professional team of expressway construction project include knowledge itself, knowledge transfer, knowledge acceptor, and knowledge. On the basis of four aspects of the knowledge transfer platform, the evaluation index system of knowledge transfer effect of the professional team of expressway construction project is constructed, and the multi-level grey comprehensive evaluation model is constructed by combining the analytic hierarchy process with the grey evaluation method, and the engineering case is introduced to the model. Finally, according to the evaluation results, suggestions and measures for improvement are put forward.
This paper combines the professional team of highway construction project with the concept of knowledge transfer to enrich the content of construction project knowledge management and perfect the theory of construction project knowledge management. In addition, the paper uses the theory of system dynamics to deeply study the internal mechanism of knowledge transfer of professional team and appraise scientifically the multi level grey evaluation method. The knowledge transfer effect of professional teams helps to improve the overall construction level of expressways in China.
