大连港集装箱运输发展战略研究

【摘要】：20世纪70年代发展起来的集装箱运输,由于其快速、安全、准确、直达等优势,在国际贸易中得到广泛应用,并成为港口的发展方向。我国加入WTO后,带来国际贸易量的增加,经济持续高速增长以及国家振兴东北老工业基地战略决策的提出和大连市政府建设“大大连”规划纲要的制定,都为集装箱运输提供更好的发展空间和发展机遇。面对新的重大战略机遇期,大连港集装箱应适时而动,对其未来的发展进行长远规划。本文在参照以往战略资料和历史资料的基础上运用战略理论、市场营销理论、物流理论、管理信息理论等观点和方法,从宏观环境和产业环境着手分析大连港集装箱有限公司的外部环境。从集装箱运输的现状、主要货种和基础设施等方面,分析了大连港集装箱的内部环境。通过对内、外部环境的分析,找出大连港集装箱未来发展的机会、威胁、优势和劣势,提出大连港集装箱的发展战略和战略措施,为大连港集装箱未来的发展指出了方向。
[Abstract]:Container transportation developed in the 1970s has been widely used in international trade because of its advantages of speed, safety, accuracy and direct access, and has become the development direction of the port. After China's entry into WTO, it brings about the increase of international trade, the sustained and rapid economic growth, the strategic decision of the state to revitalize the old industrial base in Northeast China, and the formulation of the outline of Dalian Municipal Government's plan for the construction of "Greater Dalian". For container transport to provide better development space and development opportunities. Facing the new important strategic opportunity period, the container of Dalian Port should be timely and move to carry on the long-term plan to its future development. On the basis of referring to the past strategic data and historical data, this paper applies the viewpoints and methods of strategic theory, marketing theory, logistics theory, management information theory, etc. The external environment of Dalian Port Container Co., Ltd is analyzed from macro environment and industrial environment. This paper analyzes the container environment of Dalian Port from the aspects of container transportation status, main cargo types and infrastructure. Through the analysis of internal and external environment, this paper finds out the opportunities, threats, advantages and disadvantages of the future development of Dalian container, and puts forward the development strategy and strategic measures of Dalian port container, and points out the direction for the future development of Dalian port container.
