国中公司高速公路项目融资研究

【摘要】：高速公路是促进我国经济发展的重要组成部分,也是地区经济发展水平的重要象征与体现。湖南省经济的发展,推动着高速公路建设的跨越式发展。国中公司拥有较强的资金实力,但实际上却存在着较大的资金缺口,公司需要根据实际情况选择最为合理的融资方式来解决当前问题。面对高速公路建设所需要的巨额资金,如何有效的对资金进行筹集,是保证高速公路按计划完成的关键。只有符合公司实际情况的项目融资模式,才能够保证资金发挥出最大化的作用和吸引投资者进行投资。本文在对国内外相关研究现状进行分析的基础上,对相关的理念进行了研究,包括高速公路的经济社会效益,项目融资的定义和优势,项目融资的几种主要模式和选择合理的高速公路项目融资模式的原则与条件等。通过对国中公司的发展现状进行分析,对该公司实行项目融资的必要性和可行性进行了分析。在此基础之上,对国中公司融资渠道的选择,直接投资者的选择,融资渠道的构建,融资结构分析,投资比例与信用担保体系的选择和实施程序进行了探讨和研究。并针对国中公司在进行融资中可能出现的问题提出了保障措施,包括加强风险管理,加强项目组织与过程管理,争取政府支持等方面,以促进项目融资在国中公司有效的被运用。
[Abstract]:Expressway is an important part of promoting the economic development of our country, and it is also an important symbol and embodiment of the level of regional economic development. The economic development of Hunan Province promotes the leapfrog development of highway construction. The national middle school company has strong capital strength, but in fact there is a big fund gap, the company needs to choose the most reasonable financing method according to the actual situation to solve the current problem. Faced with the huge amount of funds needed for highway construction, how to raise funds effectively is the key to ensure the highway to be completed according to plan. Only in line with the actual situation of the company project financing model can ensure that the funds play a maximum role and attract investors to invest. Based on the analysis of the current research situation at home and abroad, this paper studies the related concepts, including the economic and social benefits of expressway, the definition and advantages of project financing. Several main modes of project financing and the principles and conditions of choosing reasonable expressway project financing mode. This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of project financing in Guozhong Company. On this basis, the selection of financing channels, the choice of direct investors, the construction of financing channels, the analysis of financing structure, the proportion of investment and the selection and implementation procedure of credit guarantee system are discussed and studied. In view of the problems that may arise in financing, the paper puts forward some safeguard measures, including strengthening risk management, strengthening project organization and process management, obtaining government support and so on. To facilitate the effective use of project financing in national companies.
