长江航道发展阶段划分及发展策略研究

【摘要】:水路运输因其占地少、耗能低、污染小、运量大的优势在我国综合运输体系中具有不可替代的作用,发展水路运输符合我国可持续发展战略,是我国经济转型发展的重要举措。长江干线全长约2838公里,流经七省二市,是我国东中西部的重要运输通道,是我国第一大河流。长江航道是沿江物流运输的基础设施,是南北文化交流的重要纽带,它在我国历史长河中扮演重要角色,走过了相当长的发展历程,经历了不同的发展阶段。研究长江航道发展阶段,有利于总结长江航道发展经验,揭示长江航道发展规律,预测长江航道发展态势,从而指导长江航道发展规划的制定,并提出长江航道未来发展策略;同时,长江航道发展阶段划分方法的研究,填补了定量研究长江航道发展阶段的空白,为今后内河航道发展阶段研究提供了参考。 本文以长江航道发展历史为主线,内河航道发展特征为理论依据,运用数理统计方法及计算机软件定量划分了长江航道发展阶段,分析了各阶段特征,提出了针对性发展策略。主要研究内容包括以下四部分: 1)简单概述了长江航道从古到今的发展历程及长江航道在各历史时期的历史地位和作用;分析了长江干线航道的发展现状,并归纳总结了长江干线航道发展中存在的问题。 2)研究了内河航道发展阶段划分的理论依据。首先分析了内河航道的特点,总结出内河航道发展的三大驱动因素,基于此,确立了内河航道发展阶段划分的基本理论依据,并进一步探析了影响内河航道发展的主要因素。 3)对长江航道发展阶段展开了划分。首先,确立了长江航道发展阶段的划分原则和划分流程;其次,结合内河航道发展的驱动因素和影响要素,运用相关性分析理论和SPSS19.0软件,选取了长江航道划分指标,构建了长江航道划分指标体系;再次,利用SPSS19.0软件拟合长江航道发展Logistic曲线,得到了长江航道发展Logistic划分模型,将1949年以后的长江干线航道划分为5个发展阶段;最后,分析了不同发展阶段的特征。 4)结合国家政策和长江航道发展现状,预测了长江航道发展态势,在此基础上提出了长江航道未来发展策略。
[Abstract]:Waterway transportation plays an irreplaceable role in China's comprehensive transportation system because of its advantages of less land occupation, low energy consumption, low pollution and large volume of transportation. The development of waterway transportation conforms to the sustainable development strategy of our country and is an important measure for the economic transformation and development of our country. The main line of the Yangtze River is about 2838 kilometers long and flows through seven provinces and two cities. It is an important transportation channel in the east, west and west of China and the largest river in China. Yangtze River Channel is the infrastructure of logistics and transportation along the Yangtze River and the important link of cultural exchange between the north and the south. It plays an important role in the long history of our country and has gone through a long process of development and experienced different stages of development. The study of the development stage of the Yangtze River channel is beneficial to summing up the experience of the Yangtze River channel development, revealing the Yangtze River channel development law, predicting the Yangtze river channel development situation, thus guiding the formulation of the Yangtze River channel development planning, and putting forward the future development strategy of the Yangtze River channel. At the same time, the research on the dividing method of the Yangtze River waterway development stage fills up the blank of the quantitative research on the Yangtze River channel development stage, and provides a reference for the future study of the inland waterway development stage. Based on the development history of the Yangtze River channel and the characteristics of the inland waterway development, this paper uses the mathematical statistics method and computer software to divide the development stage of the Yangtze River channel quantitatively, analyzes the characteristics of each stage, and puts forward the corresponding development strategy. The main research contents include the following four parts: 1) the history of the Yangtze River channel from ancient to present and the historical status and function of the Yangtze River channel in each historical period are briefly summarized, and the development status of the Yangtze River main channel is analyzed. The problems existing in the development of the main channel of the Yangtze River are summarized. 2) the theoretical basis for the division of the stages of the inland waterway development is studied. Firstly, the characteristics of inland waterway are analyzed, and the three driving factors of inland waterway development are summarized. Based on this, the basic theoretical basis for the division of inland waterway development stage is established. Furthermore, the main factors affecting the development of inland waterway are analyzed. 3) the stages of Yangtze River waterway development are divided. Firstly, it establishes the principle and flow of the Yangtze River waterway development stage. Secondly, combining the driving factors and influencing factors of the inland waterway development, using the correlation analysis theory and SPSS 19.0 software, the paper selects the Yangtze River waterway division index. Thirdly, using SPSS 19.0 software to fit the logistic curve of the Yangtze River waterway development, a Logistic partition model of Yangtze River waterway development is obtained, and the Yangtze River main waterway after 1949 is divided into five stages. The characteristics of different stages of development are analyzed. 4) combined with the national policy and the current situation of the Yangtze River channel development, the development situation of the Yangtze River channel is forecasted, and the future development strategy of the Yangtze River channel is put forward.
