天津港二公司员工培训体系研究

【摘要】:全球化经济时代,企业生存环境复杂,面临的市场环境也瞬息万变。企业将要面临着激烈的市场竞争的大环境,人的潜力的发挥起着关键的作用。企业最大的成本就是未经培训的员工。培训可以给企业带来持续竞争的优势,一方面,能够不断地提升员工的知识和技能的水平,另一方面,也能够使的企业的员工切身感受到企业文化和价值观,企业开展各种培训活动不但可以树立员工的责任心,还可以提高员工的技能和素质,并且将优秀员工留在企业发挥其潜能。天津港二公司是一个具有世界领先装卸作业水平的散杂货作业码头,拥有员工3000多人。根据企业战略发展的需要,在企业的日常管理中要最大程度的发挥培训的作用,发挥员工的最大潜能,使得企业的员工培训工作适应时代的发展。本文首先介绍国内外企业培训的现状,分析国外企业优秀的员工培训案例,借鉴其先进之处,通过对国内企业员工培训的发展过程和案例的分析,得出我国企业员工培训和国外发达国家还有一定的差距;其次,根据二公司员工培训现状,采用系统研究法、文献研究法、工作分析法、访谈法、问卷调查法等方法,进行考察,分析总结了二公司的人才培养工作存在的问题;最后,结合员工培训天津港二公司的实际情况,对企业员工培训系统的开发设计,促进天津港二公司员工培训的发展,提高人事管理水平,促进企业的快速持续的发展。
[Abstract]:In the era of global economy, the living environment of enterprises is complex and the market environment is changing rapidly. Enterprises will be faced with fierce market competition environment, the human potential plays a key role. The biggest cost of an enterprise is its untrained staff. Training can bring continuous competitive advantages to the enterprise. On the one hand, it can continuously improve the level of knowledge and skills of employees, on the other hand, it can also enable the employees of the enterprise to feel the corporate culture and values directly. All kinds of training activities can not only establish the sense of responsibility of the employees, but also improve the skills and quality of the employees, and keep the outstanding staff in the enterprise to play its potential. Tianjin Port No. 2 is a world-leading cargo handling terminal with more than 3000 employees. According to the need of the development of the enterprise strategy, we should give full play to the role of training and the maximum potential of the staff in the daily management of the enterprise, so as to make the staff training work of the enterprise adapt to the development of the times. This paper first introduces the current situation of domestic and foreign enterprises' training, analyzes the excellent training cases of foreign enterprises, draws lessons from its advanced points, and analyzes the development process and cases of staff training in domestic enterprises. It is concluded that there is still a certain gap between the training of employees in our country and developed countries abroad. Secondly, according to the current situation of employee training in two companies, the methods of systematic research, literature research, work analysis, interview, questionnaire survey and so on are adopted. Finally, combining with the actual situation of Tianjin Port second Company, the development and design of the employee training system of the enterprise are analyzed and summarized. Promote the development of staff training, personnel management, and promote the rapid and sustainable development of Tianjin Port Company.
