中国铁路“走出去”背景下高校国际化人才培养模式研究

【摘要】:随着“一带一路”战略的提出,中国铁路“走出去”的步伐明显加快,逐渐上升为国家战略。人才是第一资源,人才的培养和储备是支撑中国铁路“走出去”的基础和关键。从前期实践来看,人才支撑不足已成为制约中国铁路“走出去”的主要障碍之一。高校的三大使命是人才培养、科学研究、社会服务,其中人才培养是主要使命之一。因此,高校应紧跟中国铁路“走出去”战略的步伐,加快国际化人才的培养和储备工作,为中国铁路“走出去”搭建人才“蓄水池”。当前,现有的人才培养模式已经无法满足中国铁路“走出去”国际化人才的需要。因此,对国际化人才培养模式的研究,不仅有利于加强高校对人才培养模式的理论和实践研究,也可以为中国铁路“走出去”提供持续的人才保障。本文主要分为五个部分。首先,采用文献研究法梳理了人才培养模式的概念和相关理论,为铁路国际化人才培养模式的研究奠定了理论基础。其次,对铁路国际化人才培养目标进行分析,确定了铁路国际化人才的培养目标,并从知识、能力、素质结构方面,构建了铁路国际化人才的培养标准。再次,对铁路国际化人才培养模式进行研究,主要研究了校校互派学生模式、校校合办院校模式和校企双主体模式。通过对比分析不同培养模式的优缺点,得出了以下结论:对于输出型人才的培养,可采用校校互派学生模式、校校合办院校模式和校企双主体模式;对于本地化人才的培养,可采用校校互派学生模式和校校合办院校模式。随后,对铁路国际化人才质量保障进行研究,按照铁路国际化人才的培养过程构建了铁路国际化人才的质量保障体系。最后,将西南交通大学作为调研对象,采用问卷调查的形式分析其铁路国际化人才培养模式的现状和存在的问题,并提出相应的对策建议。
[Abstract]:With the strategy of "one area and one road" put forward, the pace of Chinese Railway "going out" is quickening and gradually rising into a national strategy. Talent is the first resource. The training and reserve of talents is the basis and key to support the "going out" of Chinese railway. From the previous practice, the shortage of talent support has become the "going out" of the Chinese railway. One of the main obstacles is that the three mission of colleges and universities is talent cultivation, scientific research and social service, among which talent training is one of the main missions. Therefore, colleges and universities should follow the strategy of "going out" of Chinese railway, speed up the training and reserve of international talents and build a "reservoir" for Chinese Railway "going out". At present, the existing talent training mode has not been able to meet the needs of the Chinese Railway "going out" international talents. Therefore, the research on the training mode of international talents is not only conducive to strengthening the theoretical and practical research on the training mode of talents in Colleges and universities, but also can provide continuous talent guarantee for the "going out" of the Chinese railway road. It is divided into five parts. First, the concept of talent training mode and related theories are combed with the literature research method, which lays a theoretical foundation for the research on the training mode of railway internationalized talents. Secondly, the objective of train international personnel training is analyzed, and the training goal of railway national talents is determined, and the knowledge, ability and quality are obtained. In terms of quality structure, the training standard of railway internationalized talents is constructed. Thirdly, the training mode of railway internationalization talents is studied. The model of school and school mutual student, school model and school enterprise dual main model are mainly studied. By comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of different training modes, the following conclusions are drawn: for the output talents. Then, the quality guarantee of railway international talents is studied, and the railway is built according to the training process of railway internationalized talents. Finally, taking the Southwest Jiao Tong University as the research object, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the training mode of the railway internationalization talents with the form of questionnaire, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
