【摘要】:自上世纪七十年代发展起来的集装箱运输,由于其快速、安全、准确、直达等优势,在国际贸易中得到广泛应用,并成为港口未来的发展方向。我国加入WTO后,国际贸易量随之增加,同时经济平稳增长以及河北省提出“环京津、环渤海”的两环政策和发展海洋经济与临港产业的新举措,都为秦皇岛港集装箱业务的发展提供了更好的发展空间和发展时间。面对新的重大战略制定期,秦皇岛港新港湾集装箱码头有限公司应适时而动,对其未来的发展进行长远规划。 首先,本文在参照以往战略资料和历史资料的基础上运用战略理论、市场营销理论、物流理论、管理信息理论等观点和方法,从宏观环境和行业环境着手分析秦皇岛集装箱业务发展的外部环境。从基础设施、货源腹地、市场需求、集疏运能力、生产管理、人力资源、信息化建设等方面,分析了秦皇岛港新港湾集装箱码头有限公司发展的内部环境。 其次,通过对内、外部环境的定性分析,总结了秦皇岛港新港湾集装箱码头有限公司未来发展的机会、威胁、优势和劣势。运用移动平均法对秦皇岛港集装箱吞吐量合理预测分析,得出未来五年的吞吐量预测数据。 最后,在定性和定量分析的基础上,制定了秦皇岛港新港湾集装箱码头有限公司的战略方针和战略目标,确定了公司成本领先的战略模式。为了配合上述战略的实施,提出了一系列的对策和具体保证措施。 本文创新之处在于:通过采用定性和定量分析相结合,运用SWOT模型和移动平均法论证了秦皇岛港集装箱业务的发展模式,,提出秦皇岛港集装箱业务的发展战略模式设计和实施保障,为秦皇岛港集装箱业务未来的发展指出了方向。
[Abstract]:Container transportation, which has been developed since the 1970s, has been widely used in international trade because of its advantages of speed, safety, accuracy and direct access, and has become the future development direction of the port. After China's entry into WTO, the volume of international trade increases with the steady growth of the economy, and Hebei Province puts forward the two-ring policy of "encircling Beijing, Tianjin and the Bohai Sea" and the new measures of developing marine economy and port industry. Both for Qinhuangdao Port container business development to provide a better development space and development time. In the face of the new important strategic formulation period, Qinhuangdao Port New Harbour Container Terminal Co., Ltd. should timely and move to its future development of long-term planning. First of all, based on the reference to the past strategic information and historical data, this paper applies strategic theory, marketing theory, logistics theory, management information theory and other viewpoints and methods. This paper analyzes the external environment of Qinhuangdao container business development from macro environment and industry environment. This paper analyzes the internal environment of the development of Qinhuangdao Port New Harbour Container Terminal Co., Ltd from the aspects of infrastructure, supply hinterland, market demand, transportation capacity, production management, human resources, information construction and so on. Secondly, through the qualitative analysis of internal and external environment, the paper summarizes the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of Qinhuangdao New Harbour Container Terminal Co., Ltd. By using the moving average method, the container throughput of Qinhuangdao Port is reasonably predicted and the throughput forecast data in the next five years are obtained. Finally, on the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis, the strategic principles and objectives of Qinhuangdao New Harbour Container Terminal Co., Ltd are formulated, and the strategic mode of leading cost is determined. In order to cooperate with the implementation of the strategy, a series of countermeasures and specific measures are put forward. The innovation of this paper lies in: through the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, using SWOT model and moving average method to prove the development model of container business in Qinhuangdao Port. This paper puts forward the design and implementation guarantee of the development strategy of the container business in Qinhuangdao Port, and points out the direction for the future development of the container business in Qinhuangdao Port.
