【摘要】：企业管理诊断就是一门诊治企业疾病的科学。通过运用科学的方法,找出企业中存在的问题及其原因,提出改善方案并指导实施,谋求企业兴旺发达的一种经济管理活动。本文首先分析了内蒙古民航机场集团有限责任公司开展管理诊断的重要意义,在此基础上运用资料分析法、访谈法和问卷调查法对该企业展开管理诊断,详细论述了该企业存在的优势和问题,并提出改进思路,为该企业管理水平的提升奠定基础。
[Abstract]:Enterprise management diagnosis is a science of diagnosis and treatment of diseases in enterprises. By using scientific methods to find out the existing problems and their causes in the enterprise, to put forward the improvement plan and guide the implementation, and to seek a kind of economic management activity for the enterprise to flourish and flourish. This paper first analyzes the significance of the management diagnosis of Inner Mongolia Civil Aviation Airport Group Co., Ltd., and based on the analysis of data, interviews and questionnaire survey, the author starts the management diagnosis of the enterprise. The advantages and problems of the enterprise are discussed in detail, and the improvement ideas are put forward to lay the foundation for the improvement of the management level of the enterprise.
