港五公司专业技术人员职业发展通道研究

【摘要】:随着企业的发展和不断壮大,人力资源成为了企业生存的重要因素。专业技术人员作为企业人力资源的重要组成部分,流失现象越来越受到企业的重视。为此,通过借鉴西方的人力资源管理经验,结合我国企业自身的特点,建立和完善符合专业技术人员需求的职业发展通道,有效激励专业技术人员的工作积极性和工作效能,进而实现企业的持续稳定健康发展,成为急需研究的课题。本文采用理论研究与实践探索相结合、调查研究与实证研究相结合、经验借鉴与创新思考相结合的方法,首先在参考大量文献综述观点的基础上,分析了传统的管理职务“单梯制”的发展通道现状及弊端,提出建立专业技术人员职业发展通道的机制;其次,在阐述职业发展通道的相关理论基础之后,对职业发展通道模式及运动形式进行了研究;再次,分析了港五公司专业技术人员职业发展的现状,并且对其存在的问题予以阐述和分析;然后,针对港五公司专业技术人员职业发展通道存在的问题,建立了实施方案,提出方案中的关键要素,总结了方案的实施情况与实施效果;最后,为保证方案的有效实施,提出对职业发展通道的保障措施。本文站在企业实际的层面,通过建立专业技术人员职业发展通道,一方面关注专业技术人员的职业发展,满足其个人成长的需求;另一方面,保持企业的稳定性,实现企业的长久发展,从而构建专业技术人员和企业双赢双利的局面。
[Abstract]:With the development and expansion of enterprises, human resources have become an important factor for the survival of enterprises. As an important part of enterprise human resources, the loss of professional and technical personnel has been paid more and more attention by enterprises. Therefore, by drawing lessons from the experience of human resources management in the West and combining the characteristics of our enterprises, we should establish and improve the professional development channels that meet the needs of professional and technical personnel, and effectively stimulate the enthusiasm and efficiency of professional and technical personnel in their work. Therefore, the sustainable, stable and healthy development of enterprises has become an urgent research topic. This paper combines theoretical research with practical exploration, investigation with empirical research, experience with innovative thinking, and first of all, on the basis of a large number of literature review points of view. This paper analyzes the current situation and malpractice of the traditional "single ladder system" in the management position, and puts forward the mechanism of establishing the professional and technical personnel career development channel. Secondly, after expounding the relevant theoretical basis of the career development channel, Thirdly, it analyzes the status quo of professional and technical personnel's career development in Hong Kong five companies, and expounds and analyzes its existing problems. In view of the problems existing in the professional and technical personnel career development channel of Hong Kong Fifth Company, the implementation scheme is established, the key elements of the scheme are put forward, and the implementation situation and effect of the scheme are summarized. Finally, in order to ensure the effective implementation of the scheme, Put forward the safeguard measure to career development channel. This article stands at the enterprise actual level, through the establishment of professional and technical personnel career development channel, on the one hand, pay attention to the professional and technical personnel career development, meet their personal growth needs; on the other hand, maintain the stability of the enterprise. Realize the long-term development of the enterprise, thus construct the situation that the professional technician and the enterprise double benefit.
