基于DID模型的贵州高铁经济效应研究

【摘要】:贵州自然资源丰富,生态优势突出,长期落后的交通使得贵州经济发展滞后,区位优势无法凸显。贵州抢抓国家政策机遇,大力推动高铁等交通基础设施建设。在交通基础设施的强力带动作用下,贵州迎来了发展的大好时机。高铁的助力缩短了贵州与周边地区的时空距离,促进经济要素在区域快速流动,城镇化进程加快,高铁沿线经济社会发展呈现新的变化格局,旅游业正在从竞争走向特色化和品质化。现阶段贵州高铁正快速建设中,高铁的经济效应随着时间推移更加凸显。基于上述背景,论文在梳理国内外研究现状的基础上,首先对高铁经济效应概念进行了定义,高铁的出现使得各种要素在沿线及相关区域内得到集聚和优化配置,从而带动某些产业的快速增长。通过区域城镇体系的重构,区位优势和交通枢纽的综合作用发挥最大限度的作用,这种影响作用就是高铁带来的经济效应。其次通过高铁经济研究方法的文献梳理确定了本论文的研究方法。随后探讨了贵州高铁前后的经济变化情况确定了论文的研究视角,构建了高铁经济效应的研究模型。以贵州近十年九个市、州的主要经济测量指标为参考,选取了消费、投资、财政、人均GDP、城乡人均可支配收入、时间因素、地区因素七个控制变量,得到高铁对旅游、商贸进出口、就业三个方面的影响结论,同时对控制变量的显著影响作用进行分析。最后通过分析现阶段贵州的发展思路,得到相应的措施与建议。贵州高铁经济研究以定性分析较多,定量分析比较缺乏,本文将DID分析法纳入贵州高铁经济的研究中,从定性分析和定量分析两方面入手,是对贵州高铁经济理论研究的补充和完善。从单一变量到多变量的分析,避免了单一看问题的片面性,保证了研究的客观性和严谨性,通过对控制变量的显著性影响分析,为今后贵州高铁经济效应的衡量指标的构建提供了方向和参考。
[Abstract]:Guizhou is rich in natural resources, outstanding ecological advantages, long-term backward traffic, Guizhou's economic development lags behind, geographical advantages can not be highlighted. Guizhou seize the opportunity of national policy, vigorously promote high-speed rail and other transport infrastructure construction. In the strong driving effect of transportation infrastructure, Guizhou ushered in a good opportunity for development. The power of high-speed rail shortens the space-time distance between Guizhou and the surrounding areas, promotes the rapid flow of economic elements in the region, speeds up the process of urbanization, and presents a new pattern of changes in the economic and social development along the high-speed rail line. Tourism is moving from competition to specialty and quality. The economic effect of high-speed railway in Guizhou is becoming more and more prominent with the passage of time. Based on the above background, the paper firstly defines the concept of economic effect of high-speed rail on the basis of combing the current research situation at home and abroad. Thus drive the rapid growth of certain industries. Through the reconstruction of the regional urban system, the regional advantages and the comprehensive role of the transportation hub play a maximum role, which is the economic effect of high-speed rail. Secondly, the research method of this paper is determined by combing the literature of the economic research method of high-iron. Then, the economic changes of Guizhou before and after high-speed rail are discussed, and the research angle of the paper is determined, and the research model of the economic effect of high-speed rail is constructed. Based on the main economic measurement indicators of nine cities and states in Guizhou over the past ten years, we selected seven control variables of consumption, investment, finance, per capita GDP, per capita disposable income of urban and rural areas, time factors, and regional factors, and obtained seven control variables of high-speed rail to tourism. At the same time, the influence of control variables is analyzed. Finally, through the analysis of Guizhou's current development ideas, the corresponding measures and suggestions are obtained. There are more qualitative analysis and less quantitative analysis in the economic research of high iron in Guizhou. In this paper, the did analysis method is brought into the study of Guizhou high-speed iron economy, which starts with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. It is the supplement and perfection to the economic theory research of Guizhou high-speed railway. The analysis from single variable to multivariable avoids the one-sidedness of single looking problem and ensures the objectivity and preciseness of the research. It provides the direction and reference for the construction of the economic effect of high-speed railway in Guizhou in the future.
