基于双层规划的港口供应链运营优化研究

【摘要】:20世纪90年代以来,供应链管理改变了企业的竞争方式,尤其是随着经济全球化的发展,企业不再是单对单的竞争,而是以核心企业为主导的供应链与供应链的竞争。如何实现港口供应链全局优化的同时,有效协同各成员企业的个体利益,使港口供应链的整体收益与成员企业的局部收益均达到满意程度,是港口供应链管理的关键。因此,优化港口供应链运营非常重要。 首先,在对国内外供应链、港口供应链研究现状分析的基础上,进一步明确供应链理论在港口企业的应用现状以及存在问题。 其次,在对港口企业现状深入调研分析的基础上,研究了港口供应链管理的模式,然后又指出港口供应链具有层次性,不同的供应链成员处于不同的决策层次,拥有不同的决策权力和决策范围,且他们之间的决策是相互依赖、相互影响。因此,选择具有阶层性的双层规划理论来研究港口供应链运营优化问题,双层规划可以有效解决具有层次性、约束条件的博弈问题。 然后,本文系统分析了港口供应链运营的现状,目前港口普遍采用的是分布式港口供应链管理模式,它可以实现供应链的局部最优。当看到分布式港口供应链管理存在缺陷,,我们引入协同式港口供应链管理,协同管理模式能够实现港口供应链的整体最优。对这两种模式下的港口供应链运营优化建立双层规划模型,并进行定量分析。 最后,在秦皇岛港口的实证研究中,建立以秦皇岛港为核心企业的港口供应链,并以内贸集装箱运输为例,具体解决两个港口与两个货主之间博弈,并将结果进行对比分析,据此对秦皇岛港未来的港口供应链发展提出了战略展望。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, supply chain management has changed the competitive mode of enterprises, especially with the development of economic globalization, enterprises are no longer single-to-single competition, but the core enterprises as the dominant supply chain and supply chain competition. It is the key of port supply chain management that how to realize the overall optimization of port supply chain and cooperate with the individual interests of each member enterprise effectively, so that the whole income of port supply chain and the partial income of member enterprise can reach the satisfaction degree. Therefore, the optimization of port supply chain operation is very important. First of all, on the basis of analyzing the current situation of supply chain and port supply chain at home and abroad, the application and problems of supply chain theory in port enterprises are further clarified. Secondly, on the basis of in-depth investigation and analysis of the present situation of port enterprises, this paper studies the mode of port supply chain management, and then points out that port supply chain is hierarchical, and different members of supply chain are in different decision-making levels. They have different power and scope of decision, and their decisions are interdependent and influence each other. Therefore, the hierarchical bilevel programming theory is chosen to study the optimization of port supply chain operation. Bilevel programming can effectively solve the game problem with hierarchical and constraint conditions. Then, this paper systematically analyzes the present situation of the port supply chain operation. At present, the distributed port supply chain management mode is widely used in the port, which can realize the local optimum of the supply chain. When we see the defects of distributed port supply chain management, we introduce cooperative port supply chain management, which can realize the overall optimum of port supply chain. The bilevel programming model of port supply chain operation optimization under these two modes is established and analyzed quantitatively. Finally, in the empirical study of Qinhuangdao port, the port supply chain with Qinhuangdao port as the core enterprise is established, and taking domestic trade container transportation as an example, the game between two ports and two cargo owners is solved concretely, and the results are compared and analyzed. Based on this, the future development of the port supply chain of Qinhuangdao Port is put forward.
