无锡市地铁轨道交通项目风险评估研究

【摘要】:轨道交通由于其运量大,能耗低,污染少,安全可靠性强已经成为城市重要的运输方式之一。而轨道交通项目工程又具有规模大,投资多,周期长,施工性和复杂性等特点,加之参与者众多,是一个充满风险的过程,稍有不慎将会造成巨大的损失。因此对于其建设过程的风险识别、评价和控制就显得尤为重要。本论文以无锡市地铁二号线为研究对象,针对无锡市地铁二号线项目风险评估问题展开研究,分析了无锡市地铁二号线项目工程的风险因素,根据城市轨道交通项目风险的特点,建立了无锡市轨道交通风险评价指标体系;基于层次分析法和模糊数学构建了无锡市轨道交通风险评价综合评价模型,为应急评估提供了技术支持。利用构建的城市轨道交通风险评估模型,对于无锡地铁二号线的风险状况进行了评估,同时提出了无锡地铁二号线的风险应对策略。
[Abstract]:Rail transit has become one of the most important modes of urban transportation because of its large capacity, low energy consumption, less pollution and strong safety and reliability. However, rail transit project has the characteristics of large scale, large investment, long period, construction complexity and so on. In addition, it is a process full of risks, and a little carelessness will cause huge losses. Therefore, for the risk identification, evaluation and control of the construction process is particularly important. This paper takes Wuxi Metro Line 2 as the research object, aiming at the risk assessment of Wuxi Metro Line 2 project, and analyzes the risk factors of Wuxi Metro Line 2 project. According to the characteristics of urban rail transit project risk, the evaluation index system of Wuxi rail transit risk is established, and the comprehensive evaluation model of Wuxi rail transit risk evaluation is established based on AHP and fuzzy mathematics. It provides technical support for emergency assessment. Using the risk assessment model of urban rail transit, this paper evaluates the risk situation of Wuxi Metro Line 2, and puts forward the risk countermeasures of Wuxi Metro Line 2.
