云南省县域交通优势度评价

【摘要】:交通在区域发展中起着基础和支撑作用。以云南省为研究地域,以县域为基本研究单元,以2002、2008、2012年为时间截点,以交通网络密度、重要交通设施邻近度、区位优势度三个指标集成交通优势度评价体系,运用缓冲区等GIS技术定量评价云南省县域交通优势度的空间分布格局和时间变化特征。研究结果表明,(1)云南省交通优势度总体偏低,多数县域的交通优势较弱,交通设施对云南区域发展的支撑能力和保障水平偏低。(2)云南省交通优势度的空间差异明显。首先,“中心—外围”分布格局明显,以滇中城市群为中心,向周围地区递减;其次,以“云岭—元江谷地”一线为界,东西地带性差异突出,东部云南高原交通优势度明显高于西部横断山脉及其余脉地区;再次,滇中城市群地区交通优势度突出,交通设施对这些区域发展的支撑能力和保障水平较高,而省际边界地区特别是滇西北地区交通优势度极低,交通设施对区域发展的支撑能力较弱,个(旧)开(远)蒙(自)城镇群、大理市、曲靖市的交通优势在全省相对明显;此外,州市行政中心的交通优势度较高。(3)近10年来,云南省交通优势度的总体格局基本不变,但区域差异在增大。最后对云南省交通优势度的成因进行分析,提出交通发展建议。
[Abstract]:Traffic plays a fundamental and supporting role in regional development. Taking Yunnan Province as the research area, taking the county area as the basic research unit, taking the 2002 / 2008 and 2012 as the time cut-off points, integrating the traffic superiority evaluation system with the traffic network density, the proximity degree of the important transportation facilities and the location advantage degree. The spatial distribution pattern and temporal variation characteristics of county traffic dominance in Yunnan Province were quantitatively evaluated by using GIS techniques such as buffer zone. The results show that: (1) the degree of traffic dominance in Yunnan is on the low side, the traffic superiority in most counties is relatively weak, and the supporting capacity and support level of traffic facilities to the regional development of Yunnan are on the low side. (2) the spatial difference of traffic dominance in Yunnan Province is obvious. Firstly, the distribution pattern of "center-periphery" is obvious, taking the urban agglomeration in central Yunnan as the center, decreasing to the surrounding area; secondly, taking the "Yunling-Yuanjiang valley" as the boundary, the difference between the east and west zones is prominent. The traffic dominance degree of the eastern Yunnan plateau is obviously higher than that of the western Hengduan mountain range and its remaining veins. Thirdly, the traffic dominance degree of the central Yunnan urban agglomeration area is prominent, and the traffic facilities have a higher supporting capacity and guarantee level to the development of these regions. However, the interprovincial border area, especially in the northwest of Yunnan, has a very low degree of traffic dominance, and the traffic facilities have a weak supporting capacity to the regional development. The traffic advantages of the old (old) Kaikai (far) Mongolia (self) town group, Dali City and Qujing City are relatively obvious in the whole province. In addition, the traffic dominance degree of the administrative center of the city is higher. (3) in the last 10 years, the overall pattern of the traffic dominance degree in Yunnan Province is basically unchanged, but the regional difference is increasing. Finally, the causes of traffic dominance in Yunnan Province are analyzed, and suggestions for traffic development are put forward.
