宁海公共交通智慧管理研究

【摘要】:我国城市人口日益增多,同时汽车随着经济的发展、生活水平的提高而增加,加快城市化进程的同时,使交通的问题逐渐突出。诸如由于道路的承载力有限,汽车数量过多,致使交通阻塞;交通事故已成为城市存在的严重问题;尾气排放致使城市污染加重等。在上述问题的影响下,妨碍了人们的安全,导致时间与能源的严重浪费。在国际领域中,交通问题已得到广泛的关注。保持畅通道路,并增加路网,同时加大立交桥等交通设施的建设,在此基础上,又开拓了智能交通等领域,大幅度的应用信息互联网等技术手段,并在世界内推广构建。智能交通领域为今后的交通事业发展指明了目标,为人们带来便捷、科学化、规范化的交通出行方式。近年来,随着物联网、移动互联网、云计算等新技术的出现,国内外大中城市在智能交通建设发展迅速,逐渐演变为智慧交通体系,而像宁海这样的沿海发达地区的中小城市,尤其是区县级城市,在公共交通方面面临着与大中城市相同或不同的问题,如何通过智慧交通体系来改变现行交通的诸多实际问题,成为本文的研究重点。本文以交通管理为视角,立足于实际,首先根据国内外城市智慧交通建设案例的成功经验和对国内区县级城市智慧交通发展所面临的主要问题的分析,论述了宁海县公共交通实现智慧管理的必要性和可行性;然后根据宁海交通发展现状和未来发展规划,描绘了宁海智慧交通体系框架的蓝图和顶层设计;最后对于如何实施智慧交通体系以及如何保证智慧交通体系的可持续发展,从规划建设、体制机制完善、资金保障、人才培养和科技创新等方面有针对性地给出了一些解决思路和对策建议,也希望以此为我国区县级中小城市智慧交通建设进行一次理论性的探索。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the improvement of living standard, the urban population of our country is increasing day by day. While speeding up the process of urbanization, the traffic problem is becoming more and more serious. For example, due to the limited bearing capacity of roads and the excessive number of cars, traffic congestion has been caused; traffic accidents have become a serious problem in cities; exhaust emissions have aggravated urban pollution, and so on. These problems hinder people's safety and lead to serious waste of time and energy. In the international field, traffic problems have been widely concerned. On the basis of maintaining smooth roads and increasing road networks and increasing the construction of traffic facilities such as flyovers, it has also opened up fields of intelligent transportation, applied information Internet and other technological means to a large extent, and popularized construction in the world. The field of intelligent transportation has pointed out the goal for the future development of transportation, and brought convenient, scientific and standardized transportation mode for people. In recent years, with the emergence of the Internet of things, mobile Internet, cloud computing and other new technologies, large and medium-sized cities at home and abroad have developed rapidly in its construction, and gradually evolved into intelligent transportation systems, while small and medium-sized cities in developed coastal areas such as Ninghai have been developing rapidly. Especially the cities at the district and county level face the same or different problems in public transportation as those in large and medium-sized cities. How to change the actual problems of current traffic through intelligent transportation system has become the research focus of this paper. From the perspective of traffic management, this paper bases itself on the reality. Firstly, according to the successful experience of urban intelligent transportation construction at home and abroad and the analysis of the main problems faced by the development of intelligent transportation in county-level cities in China. This paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of realizing intelligent management of public transportation in Ninghai County, and then, according to the present situation and future development plan of Ninghai traffic, describes the blueprint and top-level design of Ninghai intelligent transportation system framework. Finally, as to how to implement the intelligent transportation system and how to ensure the sustainable development of the intelligent transportation system, from the planning and construction, the perfect system and mechanism, the fund guarantee, In the aspects of talent training and scientific and technological innovation, this paper puts forward some solutions and suggestions, and hopes to make a theoretical exploration for the construction of intelligent transportation in small and medium-sized cities at county level in our country.
