单一航段多航班超售策略研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济建设持续稳定发展,民航建设迎来新的历史机遇期,航空客运市场发展越来越快,竞争日趋激烈。国内主要航空公司都已引进收益管理系统,通过对航班座位的优化配置来增加收益,提高竞争力。超售做为收益管理最有效的方法,已普遍被航空公司所采用。本文主要研究航空公司单一航段多航班的超售策略,主要内容如下: 1.超售研究综述,主要介绍有关超售理论和超售模型的国内外研究。 2.单一航段多航班超售模型构建,以同一天单一航段上的多个航班为研究对象,以多个航班总期望收益最大化目标,建立超售模型,并给出了运用遗传算法求解模型的过程。 3.多航班超售决策支持系统开发,分析建立决策支持系统所需的数据来源,在所建立的多航班超售模型的基础上,开发设计多航班超售决策支持系统。最后利用数据进行验证分析,证明了所建模型的合理性以及所开发的决策支持系统的可行性。 4.航空公司超售服务补救策略研究,论述了国外航空公司实施超售的主要经验,,分析指出国内航空公司超售中存在的问题,最后提出航空公司的超售服务补救策略。
[Abstract]:With the sustained and stable development of China's economic construction, the civil aviation construction ushered in a new historical opportunity period. The air passenger transport market is developing more and more rapidly and the competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Major domestic airlines have introduced revenue management systems to increase revenue and enhance competitiveness through the optimal allocation of flight seats. Overselling as the most effective method of revenue management has been widely used by airlines. This paper mainly studies the overbooking strategy of single segment and multi-flight airlines. The main contents are as follows: 1. Oversell theory and oversell model are introduced in this paper. 2. The model of multi-flight overbooking on single flight segment is constructed, and the model of overselling is established with the goal of maximizing the total expected income of multiple flights. The model is based on the multiple flights on a single flight segment on the same day, and the target is to maximize the total expected income of more than one flight. The process of using genetic algorithm to solve the model is also given. Multi-flight overbooking decision support system is developed, and the data source needed to establish decision support system is analyzed. On the basis of the established multi-flight overbooking model, the multi-flight oversale decision support system is developed and designed. Finally, the rationality of the model and the feasibility of the developed decision support system are proved by using the data. 4. This paper discusses the main experience of overselling by foreign airlines, points out the problems existing in overselling of domestic airlines, and finally puts forward the remedial strategies of overselling service for airlines.
