铁路建设项目质量风险评价及控制研究

【摘要】:铁路建设项目质量风险控制是一项复杂的系统工程,涉及很多风险因素,为减少铁路建设项目建设过程中的质量风险事件,保证项目的成功,本研究进行铁路建设项目质量风险控制理论和实践分析,研究成果具有较强的实践价值。首先,本研究通过文献分析,对铁路建设项目质量风险评价、质量风险要素分析以及风险控制等内容进行了系统的总结,为深入研究提供指导。其次,本研究建立了铁路建设项目质量风险评价指标体系。该体系包含一级风险指标5项、二级风险指标14项。最终,本研究综合使用层次分析方法、熵值法等数学方法,确定评价指标的权重,选取多层次灰色评价方法建立铁路建设项目质量风险评价模型。通过该模型,分析了铁路建设项目质量风险的等级,并通过案例具体演示了模型的可行性和可操作性,案例最终综合评价风险等级为中等风险。基于案例的实际情况和本人的工作经验,从5个角度出发,提出了铁路建设项目质量风险控制的方法。
[Abstract]:The quality risk control of railway construction project is a complex systematic project, which involves many risk factors. In order to reduce the quality risk events in the construction process of railway construction project and ensure the success of the project, This research carries on the railway construction project quality risk control theory and the practice analysis, the research result has the strong practice value. First of all, through the literature analysis, this study systematically summarizes the quality risk assessment, the quality risk factor analysis and the risk control of railway construction project, which provides guidance for further research. Secondly, this research establishes the evaluation index system of railway construction project quality risk. The system includes 5 first-level risk indicators and 14 second-level risk indicators. Finally, this study comprehensively uses the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), entropy method and other mathematical methods to determine the weight of the evaluation index and select the multi-level grey evaluation method to establish the evaluation model of railway construction project quality risk. Through this model, the grade of quality risk of railway construction project is analyzed, and the feasibility and maneuverability of the model are demonstrated by the case. The comprehensive evaluation risk grade of the case is medium risk. Based on the actual situation of the case and my working experience, this paper puts forward the method of quality risk control of railway construction project from five angles.
