低碳城市公共交通承担率及公交发展策略研究

【摘要】:低碳是未来城市发展的趋势。有数据表明:社会总排碳量中,有不少的一部分是来自于交通行业,因此交通低碳化的研究十分必要。城市公交化,是当今城市交通发展的主流,也是交通低碳化的重要途径。它是一种排碳率较低的交通形式。同样的客运量,使用公共交通,会比使用其他交通方式,产生更少的二氧化碳排放量。因此,提高城市中公共交通的客运比例,可以有效减少城市交通系统的总排碳量,使城市实现交通的低碳化。那么城市公共交通的客运量需要满足什么样的比例,才可以满足低碳城市的发展要求呢?对于具体的城市,又需要采取什么样的措施才能实现合理的公共交通客运比例呢?本文就是通过对公共交通与低碳城市减排指标之间的定量研究,来确定城市公共交通的发展规模,并且对于如何提高公共交通的客运比例进行了研究。 首先,本文从城市交通的角度出发,通过引入公共交通承担率这一概念,结合我国的排碳指标,定量研究了公共交通在未来城市交通中的合理比重,探索了公共交通承担率的计算方法,以及该值对交通发展的意义。 其次,以公共交通承担率数据为基础,研究了如何提高公共交通客运比例这一问题,从宏观上研究了适应大多数城市的公共交通发展策略。 最后,基于上述公共交通承担率的研究方法,以武汉市为例,通过具体地分析武汉市历年的交通数据和能源数据,定量研究了满足低碳城市要求的武汉市未来的公共交通承担率,并且计算了满足要求的最低公共交通承担率值;基于该计算数据,对武汉市公共交通的具体发展策略和发展方案进行了探索研究。 通过本文的研究,确定了最低公共交通承担率的计算思路和方法,,通过该方法,可以大致计算某城市基于减排目标的最低公交承担比例;本文还从运营资金、城市中心规划、客运换乘、私家车的限制4个方面提出了公共交通发展的宏观策略;研究结果表明:武汉市的公共交通承担比例较高,但是距离我国的减排目标还有一定的距离,需要适当提高公共交通的客运承担率;然后基于武汉市的现状,提出了建议策略,对武汉市公共交通的发展和低碳城市的实现,有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Low carbon is the trend of urban development in the future. Some data show that a lot of the total carbon emission comes from the transportation industry, so it is necessary to study the low carbonization of traffic. Urban transit is the mainstream of urban traffic development and an important way of low carbonization. It is a form of transport with low carbon emission rates. The same amount of passengers, using public transport, produces less carbon dioxide than other modes of transport. Therefore, increasing the proportion of public transport in the city can effectively reduce the total carbon emission of urban transportation system and make the city realize the low carbonization of traffic. So what proportion of urban public transport needs to be met in order to meet the development requirements of low-carbon cities? For specific cities, what measures need to be taken to achieve a reasonable proportion of public transport passenger transport? This paper is to determine the development scale of urban public transport through the quantitative study between public transport and emission reduction targets of low-carbon cities, and how to improve the proportion of public transport passenger transport is studied. First of all, from the point of view of urban traffic, by introducing the concept of public transport commitment rate and combining the carbon emission index of our country, this paper quantitatively studies the reasonable proportion of public transport in the future urban transportation. This paper probes into the calculation method of the public transport acceptance rate and the significance of the value to the traffic development. Secondly, based on the data of public transport commitment rate, this paper studies how to improve the proportion of public transport passenger transport, and studies the development strategies of public transport adapted to most cities from a macro perspective. Finally, based on the research method of the public transportation rate mentioned above, taking Wuhan as an example, the paper analyzes the traffic data and energy data of Wuhan over the years. This paper quantitatively studies the future public transport acceptance rate of Wuhan city, which meets the requirements of low-carbon cities, and calculates the minimum public transport acceptance rate to meet the requirements. This paper probes into the specific development strategy and development plan of Wuhan public transportation. Through the study of this paper, the paper determines the calculation ideas and methods of the lowest public transport commitment rate. Through this method, we can roughly calculate the minimum public transport burden ratio based on emission reduction targets in a certain city; this paper also from the operating funds, urban center planning, The macro strategies for the development of public transport are put forward in four aspects of passenger transport transfer and private car restriction. The results show that the proportion of public transport in Wuhan is high, but there is still a certain distance from the emission reduction target of our country. Based on the present situation of Wuhan, the paper puts forward some suggestions, which has certain reference value for the development of public transport and the realization of low-carbon city in Wuhan.
