援加纳高速公路改扩建项目管理研究
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of project management theory and on the basis of studying and analyzing the present situation of expressway project management at home and abroad, this paper puts forward that the four phases of project life cycle should be taken as the main line to carry out project management. And throughout the life cycle of the project management elements, the elements as an organic whole, analysis of the impact of each element on the project, put forward the corresponding solution; at the same time, according to the control theory of project management, Effective control of progress, cost and quality during project implementation. The main work of this paper is as follows: with the aid of Ghana highway reconstruction and extension project as an example, the background of the project, Ghana's natural geographical environment, political and economic environment and other management environment are analyzed. According to the project cycle theory, the project is divided into four stages: start, plan, implement and monitor and finish. In the starting stage of the project, it mainly introduces the starting of domestic and foreign organizations, construction technology and material starting, and in the planning stage of the project, it mainly divides the work scope of the project, gives the work breakdown structure of the project, and gives the progress plan of the project. Cost planning and quality planning; in the implementation and monitoring phase of the project introduced the project construction characteristics, the project key difficulties and countermeasures, the progress of the project, cost, quality implementation and monitoring; At the end of the project, the acceptance and evaluation of the project are mainly carried out. Combined with the management and implementation of the project, this paper analyzes the management mode and characteristics of the reconstruction and extension project of the aid Ghana expressway, and makes a thorough discussion and analysis of the foreign aid project. The enterprise is participating in the construction of the foreign aid project. How to fully prepare for the early stage, draw up detailed work plan according to the actual situation of the project, coordinate the relationship between the company and the recipient government, make good use of existing resources to make good progress, cost and quality, etc. At the same time, the reasonable protection of the interests of the company, the maintenance of the international image of Chinese enterprises, Chinese enterprises in the implementation of foreign aid projects have practical reference value and guiding significance.
