天津港设施中心劳务员工流失问题研究

【摘要】:天津港是我国北方最大的综合性港口,是我国沿海主枢纽港和综合运输体系的重要枢纽。天津港的年吞吐量已经突破5.2亿吨,集装箱1350万标准箱,拥有2.5万名劳务派遣员工。在经济建设快速发展的形势下,港口建设需要大量的劳务工人,他们是港口建设的基石,从事最基础的工作,对港口的建设发展贡献了巨大的力量。天津港设施中心每年都要招收50余名劳务员工,由于设施中心管理制度或者是劳务市场的变化,劳务员工的流失成为主要的话题。劳务员工的流失不仅影响到设施中心的正常运转,同时还增加了人力资源成本,影响到整个企业的工作氛围,为企业带来较大的负面影响。针对这种现象,应该对劳务员工流失的原因进行分析,然后根据设施中心的发展现状,制定适宜的解决策略,尽量保证劳务员工的稳定性,为设施中心的稳定运行创造有利的条件,进而促进港口的建设。 本文运用数据分析法的原理,将天津港设施中心劳务员工流失现象的分析过程分为流失现状、流失原因分析、发放调查问卷、数据收集、提出解决方法等几部分内容,结合劳务员工的相关理论,分别阐述设施中心劳务员工流失的现状、原因及解决方法,通过调查问卷作给出的数据反向对劳务员工流失原因分析进行验证。同时,针对劳务员工管理中存在的问题,提出建设性的意见和建议,对设施中心劳务员工的未来发展趋势进行展望。最终,本文经过对设施中心劳务员工流失解决方案的分析论证,给出本文的结论。
[Abstract]:Tianjin Port is the largest comprehensive port in the north of China. It is the main hub port and the important hub of integrated transportation system. Tianjin Port's annual throughput has exceeded 520 million tons, containers 13.5 million TEUs, with 25000 labor dispatch staff. In the situation of rapid development of economic construction, port construction needs a large number of labor workers, they are the cornerstone of port construction, engaged in the most basic work, and contributed a great deal to the development of port construction. Tianjin Port facilities Center recruits more than 50 labor workers every year. Due to the changes in the management system of the facility center or the labor market, the loss of labor workers becomes the main topic. The loss of labor workers not only affects the normal operation of the facility center, but also increases the cost of human resources, affects the working atmosphere of the whole enterprise, and brings a great negative impact to the enterprise. In view of this phenomenon, it is necessary to analyze the reasons for the loss of labor workers, and then, according to the development situation of the facility center, formulate appropriate solutions to ensure the stability of labor workers as far as possible. Create favorable conditions for the stable operation of the facility center, and then promote the construction of the port. Based on the principle of data analysis, this paper divides the analysis process of labor staff loss in Tianjin Port Facility Center into three parts: current situation of loss, cause analysis of loss, questionnaire, data collection, solutions and so on. Combined with the related theory of labor service staff, this paper expounds the current situation, causes and solutions of labor staff turnover in facility center, and verifies the reason analysis of labor service staff loss through the data provided by questionnaire. At the same time, in view of the problems existing in the management of labor workers, the author puts forward constructive suggestions and suggestions, and looks forward to the future development trend of labor workers in facility center. Finally, through the analysis and demonstration of the solution of labor force turnover in facility center, the conclusion of this paper is given.
