四川省农村公路建设与乡村经济发展的相关性研究

【摘要】:近年来,四川省经济发展取得了长足的进步,全省GDP总值一度跃居前列,人民生活水平显著提高,工业、建筑业和运输业飞速发展,四川城市化进程不断加速。与之相伴而来的是作为第一产业的传统农业经济发展严重滞后,加之农村地区交通基础设施薄弱,更加限制了乡村地区经济的发展,在此背景下本文就四川省农村公路建设与乡村经济发展之间的关系做了一个初步的研究和探讨。 本文在大量查阅相关文献的基础上,综述了国内外的有关研究现状及成果,以求为研究的开展提供参考。文章对四川农村公路网规模和密度、等级结构、质量与分布等特征进行了分析,同时还选取了典型市县对乡村经济优势地区、一般地区、经济较差地区的农村公路网进行了分析。继而又通过1990年~2010年四川各市县乡村经济发展水平,结合对5个不同阶段乡村经济发展的时空变迁的研究,解析了不同阶段各市县乡村经济发展的状态特征。然后建立回归模型,对农村公路密度与乡村经济发展进行相关性分析,进一步揭示二者之间的相互关系。 在对不同区域进行分析比较时发现,各地区城市化水平基本上与农村公路密度呈正相关,与中等级经济水平地区的农业产值、工业产值呈正相关,与各地区农业结构呈负相关。特别是在经济水平较低的地区,农村公路的影响作用要大于在经济水平较高的地区。 不可否认,农村公路建设对乡村经济发展具有一定程度的积极意义,但是就农村公路投资建设对乡村经济发展的作用而言,总体来看贡献度并不算高。与之相同,乡村经济水平的提高对农村公路投资建设的反作用也不明显。本文通过横向和纵向的分析研究结果表明:四川省农村公路建设与乡村经济发展之间总体呈正相关关系,但相关性一般,二者之间不存在很强的相关关系。 此外,本文在最后就研究中存在的问题和不足进行了说明和讨论,还就进一步的研究进行探讨展望,以期能够更深入的揭示农村公路与乡村经济之间的相互关系。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the economic development of Sichuan Province has made great progress, the total value of GDP in Sichuan province once jumped to the forefront, the standard of living of the people improved significantly, the industry, the construction industry and the transportation industry developed rapidly, and the process of urbanization in Sichuan was accelerated. Along with it, the development of traditional agricultural economy, which is the primary industry, lags behind seriously, coupled with the weak transportation infrastructure in rural areas, which further restricts the development of rural economy. In this context, this paper makes a preliminary study and discussion on the relationship between rural highway construction and rural economic development in Sichuan Province. On the basis of consulting a large number of related documents, this paper summarizes the current research situation and achievements at home and abroad, in order to provide a reference for the development of the research. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the scale and density, grade structure, quality and distribution of Sichuan rural highway network. At the same time, it also selects typical cities and counties as the dominant areas for rural economy, general areas, and so on. The rural highway network in poor economic area is analyzed. Then, through the level of rural economy development of Sichuan cities and counties from 1990 to 2010, combined with the study of the temporal and spatial changes of rural economic development in five different stages, this paper analyzes the state characteristics of rural economic development in different cities and counties in different stages. Then a regression model is established to analyze the correlation between rural road density and rural economic development to reveal the relationship between them. In the analysis and comparison of different regions, it is found that the urbanization level of each region is basically positively correlated with the density of rural roads, positively with the agricultural output value and industrial output value of the middle economic level area, and negatively with the agricultural structure of each region. Especially in the areas with low economic level, the impact of rural roads is greater than that in areas with higher economic level. There is no denying that rural highway construction has a certain degree of positive significance to rural economic development, but in terms of the role of rural road investment construction on rural economic development, the overall contribution is not high. In the same way, the improvement of rural economic level has little effect on rural highway investment. The results of horizontal and vertical analysis show that the overall positive correlation between rural highway construction and rural economic development in Sichuan Province, but the correlation is general, there is no strong correlation between the two. In addition, in the end of this paper, the problems and shortcomings in the research are discussed and discussed, and the further research is also discussed, in order to reveal the relationship between rural roads and rural economy more deeply.
