天津港集装箱码头船舶装卸效率影响因素研究

【摘要】:随着世界主要集装箱港口之间竞争的日益激烈,集装箱码头船舶装卸效率逐渐成为衡量一个港口市场竞争实力的主要标志。对影响集装箱码头船舶作业效率的有效分析,是集装箱码头提高生产效率的先决条件。与此同时船舶大型化的发展趋势,船舶载箱量增多,为加快船舶周转,降低集装箱运输成本,船公司要求其船舶挂靠的港口要有较高的船舶作业效率,以便缩短船舶在港作业的时间。因此,码头作业效率为船公司和码头经营商所重视,提高集装箱码头作业效率成为港口增强其竞争力的重要方面之一。 船舶的作业效率是码头综合能力的体现映,单个子系统的高效率并不能有效提高码头作业效率,单个子系统的低效率又会减低码头作业效率。集装箱码头的作业效率与船舶大小及集装箱积载质量、岸桥及配合作业的拖车以及堆场作业场桥的性能与数量、司机操作水平、堆场布置、管理水平与堆存的能力、作业线安排与配载计划水平等密切相关,体现码头综合能力和管理水平。因此,本文针对船舶作业过程中的每一个环节,把每一个子系统对船舶作业效率的影响进行逐一的分析。港口集装箱码头的各个系统能否充分合理的利用现有资源,管理好各个系统的作业流程,减少船舶在港的作业时间,提高作业效率,是集装箱码头行业中的关键问题。因此港口集装箱码头的经营者和管理者不断对集装箱船舶的装卸效率进行研究,对集装箱码头各个系统的通过能力进行分析。 目前集装箱港口之间竞争比较激烈,目的就是为了让船公司的船舶在本港挂靠。竞争的主要手段之一是提高服务质量,而提高船舶作业效率是提高服务质量的重要环节之一,工作的高效率化是企业间竞争的一个重要手段。尤其是在港口业务中,高效率的装卸,能使企业获得效益上的提高。并且集装箱航运贸易在我国航运产业中起着关键的作用,乃至在我国整体经济贸易的发展中都起着至关重要的作用。所以,对集装箱码头船舶装卸效率进行研究是势在必行,具有重要且深远的的现实意义。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition among the main container ports in the world, the ship handling efficiency of container terminals has gradually become the main symbol to measure the competitive strength of a port market. It is a prerequisite for container terminal to improve production efficiency by analyzing the efficiency of container terminal. At the same time, with the development trend of the ship's large scale, the ship carrying capacity increases. In order to speed up the ship turnover and reduce the container transportation cost, the shipping company requires the port on which its ship is connected to have higher ship operation efficiency. In order to shorten the time the ships operate in Hong Kong. Therefore, the efficiency of terminal operation is attached great importance to by shipping companies and wharf operators, and improving the efficiency of container terminal operation has become one of the important aspects for port to enhance its competitiveness. The efficiency of ship operation reflects the comprehensive capability of wharf. The high efficiency of single subsystem can not effectively improve the efficiency of wharf operation, and the low efficiency of single subsystem will reduce the efficiency of wharf operation. Operation efficiency of container terminal, ship size and container stowage quality, performance and quantity of shore bridge, trailers and yard bridges, driver's operation level, yard layout, management level and storage capacity, The working line arrangement is closely related to the stowage planning level, which reflects the comprehensive capacity and management level of the wharf. Therefore, this paper analyzes the effect of each subsystem on the efficiency of ship operation one by one, aiming at every link in the process of ship operation. The key problem in container terminal industry is whether each system of port container terminal can make full and reasonable use of existing resources, manage the operation flow of each system, reduce the working time of ships in port and improve the operation efficiency. Therefore, the operators and managers of port container terminals study the loading and unloading efficiency of container ships, and analyze the passing capacity of each system of container terminals. At present, the competition between container ports is fierce, in order to let the shipping company ship in Hong Kong. One of the main means of competition is to improve the quality of service, and to improve the efficiency of ship operation is one of the important links to improve the quality of service. The high efficiency of work is an important means of competition among enterprises. Especially in the port business, the high-efficiency loading and unloading, can make the enterprise obtain the benefit enhancement. Container shipping trade plays a key role in China's shipping industry, and even plays a vital role in the development of China's overall economic and trade. Therefore, it is imperative to study the loading and unloading efficiency of container terminal, which has important and far-reaching practical significance.
