东北亚航运中心建设背景下大连港集装箱发展战略研究

【摘要】：大连港地处辽东半岛南端的大连湾内,拥有港阔水深,冬季不冻,万吨货轮能够畅通无阻的自然优势。同时也是转运远东、南亚、北美、欧洲货物最便捷的港口。大连港集装箱码头分别由大连集装箱码头有限公司,大连港湾集装箱码头有限公司,大连国际集装箱码头有限公司建成。尤其近些年来,大连国际航运中心的集装箱业务发展尤为迅速,口岸集装箱吞吐量六年上涨了近三倍,但其增长速度仍明显低于其他口岸。 早在2003年,中共中央、国务院就提出要充分利用东北地区现有港口条件和优势,把大连建设成为东北亚重要的国际航运中心。2009年7月,国务院常务会议讨论并提出围绕大连东北亚国际航运中心建设,推进辽宁沿海港口资源整合打造以大连港为中心的港口集群。在国家对建设大连东北亚国际航运中心的战略定位下,大连港未来的发展也将获得应有的高度。而大连集装箱作为港口物流的重中之重,在大连成为东北亚航运中心的背景下必将起着决定性的作用。 本文首先对国内外集装箱发展历程及现状进行分析从而讨论大连港集装箱发展现状：主要从其码头的经济环境出发,客观的分析大连港的贸易及其产业结构；然后根据SWOT分析,总结大连港集装箱所面对的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战；通过这些研究,采用因子分析的方法,评价大连港集装箱竞争力；同时集合自己多年的工作经验,提出东北亚航运中心建设背景下大连港集装箱发展战略研究,希望对以后大连港的发展能够献计献策。
[Abstract]:Dalian Port is located in Dalian Bay at the southern end of Liaodong Peninsula. It is also the most convenient port for trans-shipment of goods from the far East, South Asia, North America and Europe. Dalian Port Container Terminal Co., Ltd., Dalian Harbour Container Terminal Co., Ltd., Dalian International Container Terminal Co., Ltd. Especially in recent years, the container business of Dalian International Shipping Center has developed rapidly, the container throughput has increased nearly threefold in six years, but its growth rate is still lower than that of other ports. As early as 2003, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council proposed to make full use of the existing port conditions and advantages in the Northeast to build Dalian into an important international shipping center in Northeast Asia. In July 2009, The executive meeting of the State Council discussed and proposed the construction of Dalian Northeast Asia international shipping center to promote the integration of Liaoning coastal port resources to build a port cluster with Dalian Port as the center. Under the strategic orientation of constructing Dalian Northeast Asia International Shipping Center, Dalian Port's future development will also get its due height. As the most important part of port logistics, Dalian container will play a decisive role in the background of Dalian becoming a shipping center in Northeast Asia. In this paper, the development history and present situation of container at home and abroad are analyzed to discuss the status quo of container development in Dalian Port: mainly from the economic environment of Dalian Port, the trade and industrial structure of Dalian Port are analyzed objectively, and then according to SWOT analysis, This paper summarizes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges faced by Dalian Port containers. Through these studies, it uses factor analysis method to evaluate the container competitiveness of Dalian Port. At the same time, it gathers its own working experience for many years. The paper puts forward the research on container development strategy of Dalian Port under the background of shipping center construction in Northeast Asia, hoping to make suggestions for the development of Dalian Port in the future.
