天津港石化码头天远油码头项目可行性评价

【摘要】：由天津港石油化工码头有限公司投资的天津港石化码头天远油码头项目是满足当前石化市场需求的重要举措。该项目以消除石化小区内存在的非石化类码头作业的安全隐患、有效解决石化小区泊位紧张局面为基本建设目标,充分利用天津港石油化工码头有限公司所具有的地理区位优势、信誉优势以及当前的政策优势实施的项目建设。本文是在充分研究天津港石化码头天远油码头项目的基本情况的基础上针对该项目的可行性及相关评价进行有针对性的分析,以保证该项目的可生性分析及相关评价精准,进而为该项目合理科学的实施提供基础和保障。 通过本文的研究表明,天津港石化码头天远油码头项目的建设具有可行性和必要性。
[Abstract]:The Tianyuan oil wharf project, which is invested by Tianjin port Petrochemical Terminal Co., Ltd., is an important measure to meet the needs of the current petrochemical market. This project aims to eliminate the hidden dangers of non petrochemical terminal operations in the petrochemical community and effectively solve the tension situation in the petrochemical complex as the basic construction target and fully profit. With the geographical location advantage, reputation advantage and current policy advantages of Tianjin port Petrochemical Terminal Co., Ltd., this article is based on the basic situation of the Tianyuan oil wharf project in Tianjin port Petrochemical Wharf, and aimed at the feasibility and related evaluation of the project. In order to ensure the accuracy of the project's feasibility analysis and relevant evaluation, it will provide the foundation and guarantee for the rational and scientific implementation of the project.
The research in this paper shows that the construction of Tianyuan oil terminal project in Tianjin port petrochemical terminal is feasible and necessary.
