地铁运营服务设备人机界面需求标准

【摘要】:随着地铁运营的不断壮大,运营服务设备在日趋完备、先进的同时,出现选型多样、标准不一的情况,增加现场使用难度,与实际需求存有差距。首先,指出需求标准应遵循人性化、易识别、功能设备规范、技术参数及配置标准留有一定冗余度、健康和环保等原则,然后针对地铁列车主要设备、车站乘客服务及票务用户的人机界面需求标准进行探讨,提出标识统一、功能一致、安全便捷、易于操作识别等原则,并提出分层设计、故障警示、功能升级、远期预留等优化建议,以期更好地为运营现场服务。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of subway operation, the operational service equipment in the increasingly complete, advanced, at the same time, there is a variety of selection, different standards, increase the difficulty of on-site use, and there is a gap with the actual demand. First of all, it is pointed out that the requirement standard should follow the principles of humanization, easy identification, functional equipment specification, technical parameters and configuration standards with certain redundancy, health and environmental protection, etc. The requirements of man-machine interface for passenger service and ticket users are discussed. The principles of unified identification, uniform function, safety and convenience, easy operation and identification are put forward, and layering design, fault warning, function upgrading and so on are also put forward. Long-term reservation and other optimization suggestions, with a view to better service for the operation site.
